必要的礼仪、细节　　　 　 把“谢谢”挂在嘴边　 比如：”Thanks for calling me”, “Thank you for giving me this opportunity”, “Thanks for your time and consideration. It is really nice talking to you”等。　　 牢记面试官的名字　　 在电话面试过程中不断重复面试官的名字，让他/她觉得自己是非常被重视、被尊重的。　　　 把握最后的提问　　　 求职者把握最后的提问时间，这是一次自我展示的机会，事先准备好一些有内容有深度的问题，让HR感到你的聪明，并为展示自己的优势做好铺垫。　　 英语宁愿慢说，也要说清楚　 记住：英语是用来沟通的。说快了又说不清楚容易被认为是紧张的表现。慢说，清楚地说，既达到了很好的沟通效果，又显得你很冷静，何乐而不为呢？　　　 面试中的英文不在于你口语发音有多纯正、多接近老外的发音，关键是在于能与面试官无障碍沟通。简单一点说就是：听得懂，说得出，你能听懂别人的话，别人能听懂你的表达就OK.　 　 面试过程中最重要的部分是表述自己的学历，工作经验和资历。这些是和你应聘工作直接相关的。　　　 学历方面：记住你的学历是在以前完成的，要用过去时态。例如：　　　 I attended the University of Beijing from 1990 to 1993.　 I graduated with a degree in civic engineering.　　 如果你现在还是学生，那么应用现在时态，例如：　　 I am currently studying at the University of York and will graduate with a degree in Economics in the coming spring.　　　 I am studying English at the Seneca Community College.　 记得要告诉雇主，你仍然在不断改善你的英语，比如你每周还上几小时的英语课。因为英文不是你的母语，他们对此可能会有顾虑。　　　 当谈到你目前在做的工作时你可以用现在完成进行时，表示你不但一直在这样做，而且将来也会持续下去： 　　 ABC Engineering Inc. have employed me for the last 3 years as a salesperson.
