摘要通过发展高科技产业集群，培育新兴产业，已经成为一个区域、一个国家实现经济腾飞的重要模式。处于经济欠发达地区的甘肃要紧紧抓住机遇，正确运用政府调控和市场这两个手段，再利用政府的宏观调控职能和市场的配置作用的同时，运用各种手段，提高甘肃的科技发展实力，加快其发展步伐，为经济的新发展和新形势提供技术指导。在这一过程中，政府的政策的支持有利于为市场和产业的转变提供一定的发展导向，投资者和企业都会因为政府政策的转变而受到不同程度的影响。与此同时，在这一政策的转变过程中，企业受到越来越多的压力，这也迫使他们调整战略方式，以更好的姿态来迎接新形势下市场的国际化倾向。本文主要采取访谈与实地调查两种方式获取研究数据，对甘肃省高新技术产业成长的主要因素进行了分析，希望借此找寻适合甘肃的产业发展模式，从而对企业发展的理解作补充，并对此做多方面的猜想，作出有力的研究。本文从高新技术企业的内涵界定以及企业成长模式的影响因素分析入手；然后对国内外企业成长模式的相关研究现状进行总结；接着，对高新技术企业成长的相关理论进行概述，并在此基础上建立高新技术企业成长模式的理论基础；最后，利用主因子分析法和回归分析方法对甘肃省高新技术企业成长模式的影响因素进行了实证检验，关键词：甘肃省；高新技术企业；成长模式ABSTRACTThroughthedevelopmentofhigh-techindustrialclusters,cultivatingnewindustrieshasbecomeanimportantmodeofaregionandacountrytoachieveeconomictake-off.TheGansuprovincebeinginunder-developedareasshouldseizetheopportunitytightly,properlyusethemeansofgovernmentandmarketregulationtoimprovethescienceandtechnologydevelopmentstrengthofGansuprovince,acceleratethedevelopmentspeedofitsscienceandtechnology,andprovideatechnicalguidanceforthenewdevelopmentofeconomyandthenewsituation.Inthisprocess,thesupportfromgovernmentspolicyisbenefitforprovidingcertainguidanceforthedevelopmentofthemarketandthetransformationofindustry.Besides,investorsandcompanieswillreceivevaryinginfluenceforthechangeofgovernmentpolicy.Atthesametime,intheprocessofthepolicychange,theenterpriseswillreceivemoreandmorepress,whichforcesgovernmentsadjustthestrategymodeandmeetthenewsituationofmarketinternationalizationtendencywithabetterattitude.ThisarticleanalyzedthemainfactorsoftheGansuprovincehighandnewtechnologyindustrygrowthtoseekasuitablepatternforGansuindustrialdevelopmentwithtwomethodsofinterviewandon-the-spotinvestigation.What’smore,itwouldimproveourcomprehensionofenterprisedevelopment.Thisarticlefirstlydefinedthehighandnewtech-enterprisesandanalyzedtheinfluencefactorsofenterprisegrowthpatterns.Secondly,itsummedupcertainrelatedresearchesathomeandabroadandsummarizedtheresearchresultsandshortcomings.Thirdly,itstudiedcertaintheoriesabouthighandnewtechnologyenterprisegrowth.
