摘要从生产方式发展的历史轨迹来看，精益生产方式是继传统的手工作坊生产方式、 大量生产方式之后的第三次生产方式的巨大进步。精益生产方式被认为是迄今为止最成功的生产方式，它的核心就是杜绝浪费、精简成本，它要求企业的各个部门、 各道工序在生产过程中杜绝一切不能增加产品价值的无效劳动，以此来降低成本， 提高生产效率，提升企业的盈利空间，最终实现制造企业的利益最大化。本文首先阐述了研究背景、研究目的和意义，其次回顾了国内外研究进展，再 其次对精益生产管理理论概述，然后是 M 公司精益管理现状的分析，最后总结精益生产的实施和生产系统的优化措施。在此时代背景下，M 公司实施了精益生产实践， 对公司部门和生产环节进行调整并取得了一定效果。本文通过概述精益生产方式及相关理论，从国内国外两个方面探讨了关于精益生产和精益管理的理论研究。从 5S 现场管理、生产过程管理和改善活动 3 个方面， 对 M 公司实施精益生产方式进行了分析和研究。同时本文分析了 M 公司的主要产品打印机的整体行业情形，并针对 M 公司的实际情况，提出改进 M 公司精益生产的措 施。本文认为精益生产方式对提高我国制造企业的生产效率、改善我国制造企业的 经营方式有重要的指导作用。在引进精益生产方式时应充分考虑我国的实际国情和 制造企业的现状，创造性地吸收精益生产理论，形成一套适合我国制造企业的精益 生产实践原则和方法，提高我国制造企业的核心竞争力。关键词：精益生产 生产管理 六西格玛AbstractWith the development of the production ， Lean Production (LP) is the third tremendous progress in the history of production，following the traditional workshop production and large number production. In fact, lean production is by far the mostsuccessful mode of production in the world. The core of the lean production is to eliminate waste and streamline costs. It requires all the departments of the enterprise to reject all the invalid labor in the production process, to reduce costs, increase productivity and ultimately maximize the benefits of manufacturing enterprises.Linear flow chart of this paper is as follows: the background, purpose and significance of the study—Review domestic development and abroad research—Lean production management theory—M Company lean management analysis—the implementation of lean production—production system optimization and prospect. In this background, M company has implemented lean manufacturing practices, adjusted the corporate production processes and achieved certain results.The paper outlines the theory of lean production, then analysis M companies implement of lean production.
