TheeffectoflocalmildhypothermiaonPAFandTXB2expressioninperi-hemorrhagetissueofexperimentalratsfollowingintracerebralhemorrhageAbstractObjective:Tostudytheeffectsoflocalmildhypothermiaontheexpressionofplatelet-activatingfactor(PAF)、thromboxaneB2(TXB2)andbrainedemainperi-hemorrhagetissueofexperimentalratsfollowingintracerebralhemorrhage.Andtoexplorethemechanismofactionofmildhypothermiaonthetreatmentofhemorrhagiccerebraledema.Methods:ThemodelofintracerebralhemorrhagewereproducedbyinjectionofautologousbloodtocaudatenucleusofSDratswithstereotactic.Asamethodofmildhypothermia,theicebagswereusedtotreatthediseasesideofthehead.ThecontentsofPAFandTXB2inperi-hemorrhageweredetectedbyenzyme-linkedimmunosorbent。Results:1、ThelevelofPAFandTXB2expressioninperi-hemorrhagetissueinratcerebralhemorrhageratmodelweresignificantlyhigherthanthesham-operatedgroup(P0.05).2、Thecontentofwaterinbraintissuesurroundinghemorrhageincerebralhemorrhageratmodelwassignificantlyhigherthanthesham-operatedgroup(P0.05).Inmildhypothermiagroup，thecontentofwaterinbraintissuesurroundinghemorrhagewassignificantlylowerthannormaltemperaturegroupwiththeshamgroupateverytimepoint(P0.05).3、TheexpressionofPAF：inmildhypothermiagroup,thelevelofPAFexpressionwashighestonfirstday,anditdecreasedsignificantly(P0.05)atdays3、7.ThelevelofPAFexpressionwasnotstatisticallysignificantinmildhypothermiagroup、thecontrolgroupandtheshamgroup.TheexpressionofTXB2：thelevelofTXB2expressionwasthehighestinfirstday，anditdecreasedsignificantlyatdays3、7inmildhypothermiagroup(P0.05).ThelevelofTXB2expressionofmildhypothermiagroupweresignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroupandtheshamgroup(P0.05)on3d,however，thelevelofTXB2expressionofmildhypothermiagroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthecontrolgroupandtheshamgroup(P0.05).TheanalysisofPEARSONcorrelation:thecontentofwaterinbraintissuesurroundinghemorrhagewasnotrelationtothelevelofPAFexpression(P0.05),however,ThecontentofwaterinbraintissuesurroundinghemorrhagewasrelationtothelevelofTXB2expression(P0.05).Conclusi
