康师傅 SAP-ERP 系统实施成功因素分析摘要SAP 的 ERP 系统作为全球排名第一的 ERP 产品被越来越多的企业所应用，这也包括国 内的众多大中型企业。但是，SAP 系统的复杂性决定了其实施过程存在很大的难度与风险， 因此如何能够成功实施 SAP 被越来越多的人所关注。本文将在 ERP 实施关键成功因素基础 上，结合康师傅实施 SAP 的成功案例提出 SAP 实施关键成功因素模型，并通过对康师傅案 例进行分析来对模型的可行性进行验证。本文所提出的模型按照性质从人员因素、系统因素、项目因素这三个方面对 SAP 实施 成功因素进行了阐述。其中人员因素分为高层领导支持、项目团队能力、执行层执行力、 关键用户作用四点；系统因素又分为优先使用标准功能、灵活使用增强功能、慎重修改标 准程序三点；项目因素中又分为明确的项目目标、坚决的流程重组、有效的实施策略、正 确的实施方法四点。在这样一个模型中既包含已被学者公认的关键成功因素，又包含了结 合 SAP 系统自身特点所提出的新的关键成功因素。本文所提出的 SAP 实施关键成功因素模型比较全面地归纳总结了对 SAP 实施影响最大 的 11 点因素，并从可实际操作层面介绍了如何来满足这些因素，该模型可以对现有的 SAP 实施关键成功因素相关理论进行有益补充。另外，包括康师傅新成立公司在内的其他公司 在实施 SAP 时，可以参考这个模型以降低风险、提高实施的成功率。关键词：SAP 系统，ERP 实施，关键成功因素ANALYSIS OF SUCCESS FACTORS FOR SAP-ERP IMPLEMENTATION IN MASTER KONGABSTRACTSAP ERP system, as the most famous ERP products in the world, is widely used by more and more users that includes many large and medium-sized domestic enterprises in China.
