EnglishAbstractSerumlevelsofsICAM-1andhs-CRPfrompatientswithDCMandtheeffectofShenmaiInjectiononthemBackground:Dilatedcardiomyopathy(DCM)isacommondiseaseseriouslyendangeringthehealthofthepeople.Characterizedbyunilateralorbilateralventricularexpansion,ventricularsystolicdysfunction,withorwithoutcongestiveheartfailure.ventriculararrhythmiasoratrialarrhythmiaiscommon,Conditionaggravatedsexual,deathcanoccurinanystageofthedisease.Noexplanationofitsetiologycanberecognized,inrecentyearsthelevelofdiagnosisandtreatmenthasbeenimproved,butitsincidenceandprobabilityofresultingindisabilityisstillshownclearsignsofanupwardtrend.Itiscloselyrelatedwiththose:dilatedcardiomyopathypathogenesishasnotyetbeenclearandthereisnospecificmethodofearlydiagnosisandintervention.Therefore,exploringthepathogenesisofdilatedcardiomyopathytoreducemortalityandimprovetheprognosishaspositivesignificance.Withdevelopmentandapplicationsofthemonoclonalantibodiesandmolecularbiologytechnology,itisagrowingrecognitionofadhesionmoleculesintheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofDCM,andpeopleputforwardtheviewsofanti-adhesiontherapy.Intercellularadhesionmolecule-1(ICAM-1)istheimportantpartsofadhesionmoleculesinimmuneresponseanditsroleistoallowinflammatorycelladhesionandarriveinflammationthroughthevesselwallparts.MyocardialinflammationcanbereflectedinrichserumICAM-1ofpatientswithdilatedcardiomyopathy.Inpatientswithdilatedcardiomyopathy,serumsolubleICAM-1(sICAM-1)levelsandmyocardialexpressionofICAM-1areinclosecontact.sICAM-1couldserveasaserologicalindicatorforjudgingtheclinicaldilatedcardiomyopathyinflammatoryactivityandcardiacfunctiontoprovideanindirectbasis.hs-CRPisaneffectiveindicatorsfordiagnosingandpredictingtheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofcardiovascularevents,theincreaseofhs-CRPiscloselyrelatedtomyocardialcellsinflammationintheDCMpatients.hs-CRPcanincreaseICAMexpression,regulatetheroleofavarietyofcellsinthearterywallandcirculatingmononuclearcells,inpromotionofinflammatorycytokinessecretion.therelationshipofserumlevelsofhs-CRP
