ABSTRACTRheumatoidarthritis(Rheumatoidarthritis,RA)isachronicinflammationofunclearetiologyofautoimmunediseases,themainclinicalfeaturesofpersistent,aggressivepolyarthritis,showingjointswelling,tendernessandslidingMembranedamagejoints,andthencauseseriousdisabilityandprematuredeath.Thereisnowaytocurethediseaseclinically.“TreattoTarget”toalleviatethejointswellingandpainhavebeenconsideredasatreatmentconsensusinrecentyears.TraditionalChinesemedicinealsohadtheobviousbreakthroughtothediseasealthoughthereisnospecificationforThe”Bianzhengshizhi”.InordertorealizethequantitativeanalysisoftheTCMtherapyforthedisease,thisstudyabouttheTCMconstitutiondistributionInthecourseoftherheumatoidarthritishasthepurposeoffindingouttheinfluenceoftheconstitutionthroughadjustingthepatientsconstitution.Bydoingthisapatientcanpreventdiseaseandblocktheevolutionofdisease.Thestylesofconstitutionin126casesofpatientswithrheumatoidarthritiswhichcomefromChongqingNinthPeoplesHospitalfromjune2010tomarch2011havebeenanalyzedtolearnthedistributionoftheconstitutioninthepatientswithrheumatoidarthritis.ResearchMethods：Securingresearchobject,afterapprovalbycompletingtheTCMphysiqueclassificationanddeterminethequestionnairetableofTCMphysiqueclassificationjudgement.UsingsoftwareSPSS13.0statisticalanalysis,P0.05fordifferencehavestatisticalsignificance.Results:ThreegroupsRApatientstypeofconstitutiondistributionindifferentways.UAgroupphlegmywetqualityandhotandhumidqualitativeprimarilyabout41percentand23percentrespectively,earlyRAqualitative,deficiencyinYangmainlyabout35%ofqualityand22%respectively.TypicalRAgroupforbloodstasisqualitativeprimarilyabout31%.Thedistributionofconstitutionbystatisticaltreatmentgroupwasstatisticallysignificantdifference(P0.05).3Allstudieswithratsqualitative,bloodstasiscasespledgeisgivenpriorityto,about23percentand20percentrespectively.gap.RApatientsTCMtypeofconstitutiondistributioncharacteristicsofthegenderRApatientsTCMtypeofconstitutiondistributioncharacteristicsoftheagedifferenceexists.Conclu
