: \\\\\\\\\\\\阳lmmmwiY18014f3 1摘要中国有着几千年的历史文化积淀，每座城市都有它独特的记忆。城市中的历史街区见证了城市的发展史，是城市文化和地域特色的集中反映。然而在现代城市化进程中，许多历史街区遭到破坏，城市文化和地方特色逐渐消失。历史街区不仅有其硬质景观的保留意义，更宽耍的是它所蕴涵的文化价值是城市的魅力所在。对历史街区的保护与开发的研究，对保护城市特色、发展区域经济、提升城市景观具有重要意义。文章针对当前国内历史街区的发展现状，在深入研究国内外对历史街区保护工作的成果及历史街区保护工作发展历程的基础上，总结历史街区的价值体现和保护内容，具体分析了历史街区的文化保护原则和建设方法:在着重街区文化保护与建设的前提下，进一步分析历史街区的景观风貌保护照则及方法，分析其景观改造的对象及具体途径。文章还根据吴良铺教授有关历史街区的研究工作成果，将有机更新理论应用历史街区文化建设与景观改造的工作中，井通过成郁文殊坊历史街区保护开发实际案例的研究，分析了历史街区保护发展总结的理论在具体案例中的应用。本文主要包含以下几部分内容:1、对历史街区景观改造与文化建设相关概念分析界定，着重分析历史街区内的文化价值体现，总结历史街区文化保护的内容及建设方法。2、根据历史街区的特征及发展目标，提出历史街区景观保护规划的规划原则和设计依据，从文化保护与建设方面探讨历史街区的景观建设方法，着重分析如何保护传统文化与地域特色，维护历史街区的景观风貌，营造具有历史感的场所。3、通过对成都市文殊院历史街区文化建设与景观改造的实例分析，研究历史街区保护开发工作理论的实际应用，分析历史街区文化建设与景观风貌改造的实践手法。4、根据全文研究，提出历史街区文化建设与景观改造的建议和展望。关键词:历史街区景观改造保护建设AbstractChina has thousands of years of historical and cultural accumulation ，and each City has its own unique memories.
