TheAnalyseandImprovementofOEEinConnector-manufacturingEquipmentManagementABSTRACTAnenterprise’scompetitivenessshowsonbetterquality,efficiency,effectiveness,innovation,differentiationcustomersatisfaction.Inproduction,itshowsonhighproductionefficiency,goodproductqualitylowcosts.Intoday’sbadenvironment,howtolowercoststosurvive,howtoshortenlead-timeanddodiversification,howtoworktostrictqualityrequirementsandhowtoimprovehumanenvironmentareimportantissues.ItismoresoafterentranceWTO(WorldTradeOrganization).ThegoaloftheTPM(TotalProductiveManagement)campaignistoimprovetheenterprisebyimprovingpersonnelandequipmentsinordertoachievenilloss,nildamage,nilpublichazardandnilfaults.Alsobydoingso,toincreaseequipmentintegrationefficiency,productionability,andqualityandtodecreasecosts.Theactivitiesareprecededaccordingtotheprogrammersmadeuponmanagement,guidelinesandgoalsofeachcompany.Basically,twelvestepsstartedit.TheresultistouserelativeindextoshowonProduction,Quality,Cost,Delivery,Safety,andMorale.ThenumbersshowthatTPMnotonlytellsgoalachievement,butitalsohelpsenterprisestoimprovetheirqualityandbuildconstantlycompetitiveadvantage.ThefocusofthispaperistodoadeepresearchforthespecificconnectormanufacturingequipmentinFOXCONNonthekeytechnologies.AndsomedifficultproblemsthatwilldirectlyaffectOEEaresolved.Atthesametime,adeepunderstandfortheexperimentsandanalysismethodsaregained.Theequipmentisdeeplyanalyzed，usingmanykindsofanalysismethods,e.g.,Processcapability,BrainStorming,FishBoneFigure,etc.andseveralseriousproblemsthatwilleffecttheproductiondirectlywerefound.Fortheproblemsbefound,bringforwardsomeimprovingmethodsfromsomedifferentsides,e.g.,mechanicalstructure,processcontrol,softwarecontrolandsoon.Aftersolvingtheproblems,re-calculatingOEEtoelaboratetheeffectfromimprovement.Finally,thepaperpresentsallmainconclusionsoftheresearchandsomesuggestionsaregiventofurtherresearchwork.KEYWORD:OEE；TPM；equipmentmanagement；sixbiglosses目录摘要...................................................................
