关键词：廉政文化；大学生；社会主义核心价值观；教育AbstractInOctober,2006,TheSixthPlenarySessionofthe16thCPCCentralCommitteepassed“DecisionoftheCPCCentralCommitteeonSomeMajorIssuesRegardingtheBuildingofaHarmoniousSocialistSociety”.IntheDecision,itisfirstproposedthemajorpropositionsoftheconstructionofsocialistcorevaluesystem.InJune2008,thecentralgovernmentenactedtheguidanceonthestrengtheningoftheconstructionofanincorruptgovernment,stressedtocarryforwardtherevolutionarytradition,todigrichresourcesofChineseculture,toimplement“IncorruptGovernmentCulturequalityprojectandtoformagreatsocialcustomofpridingforhonestanddisgracingforgreedy.InNovember,2012,18thPartyCongressfirstdeliveredsocialistcorevaluessummingupin24wordswhichareadvocatingaprosperous,democratic,civilized,harmonious,advocatefree,equality,justice,ruleoflaw,advocatepatriotism,dedication,honesty,kindness,andactivelycultivatethesocialistcorevalues.ThecultureofhonestandcleangovernmentisanimportantembodimentoftheadvancedcultureoftheCommunistPartyofChinese.Fromthebackground,thesocialistcorevaluesystemandtheconstructionofacleangovernmentcultureareaccompaniedbydeepeningreformandopening-up,thereformofeconomicsystem,thechangesofsocialstructure,theideasofthechange,theconstructionofaharmonioussocietytherapiddevelopmentoftheemergeasthetimesrequire.Fromtheviewofconnotation,thecultureofincorruptgovernmentisthebasiccontentsofthesocialistcorevaluesystem.Itsconstructionprocessisalsotheprocessofcultivatingsocialistmainstreamvaluesaswellastheperfectingprocessofthesocialistmoralsystem.Fromtheformalpointofview,thecorevaluesofsocialismandhonestculturemustbebasedonlearning,propaganda,education,research,atmospherecreation,practicestrengthenandcarrierplatformtoachieve.Logically,thecorevaluesofsocialismistheguidanceandsupportofincorruptgovernment,andthecultureofincorruptgovernmentisthematerializationofthesocialistcorevaluesinturntopromotetheperfectionandconstructionofthesocialistcorevalues.Therefore,thesocialistcorevaluesandincorruptcultureareessentialcoherencean
