AbstractThelow-renthouseisanimportantcomponentofindemnificatoryhouse.Ourcountrystartedtoimplementlow-renthousesystemin1998.Itproducesamarkedeffectafter10yearseffort.However,ourcountrystillfacesafactthatlowcoverageoflow-renthousecannotmeetlow-incomefamilyhousingdemand.Therearesomanyrestrictionfactorsoflow-renthouseconstruction.And,fundbottleneckisoneoftheprimaryfactors.Thisarticlestudieslow-renthousesystemevolutionandlow-renthouseconstructionstatusofourcountry,estimateslow-renthouseconstructionfundssupplyanddemandgapinthefuturetenyears.Comparingwithlow-renthouseinvestingandfinancingexperienceofmaturemarketnationorarea,thisarticleadvancesseveralproposalstoconsummatelow-renthouseinvestingandfinancingpolicyofourcountry.Asthisarticleconsider,nowadaysthelow-renthouseconstructionfinancingsystemofourcountrycannotaccommodatedemandoflow-renthouseconstructioninforcenowandfuture,whichshouldchangetoabran-newPPPpattern,thatistotakegovernmentpublicpurseinvestment,housingaccumulationfundloan,thedevelopmentfinancelow-interestloanaswellastaxandfeepreferentialpolicyasfoundations,attractpersonaldepartmentstotakepartinlow-renthouseconstruction.Ultimately,wehopetoconsummaterelatedlegalpolicy,expeditemoneymarketandfinanceproductinnovation,impellow-renthousingpropertysecuritizationdevelopment,enhancelow-renthousingfinancingefficiencyunceasingly,andfinallyalleviatelow-renthouseconstructionfundbottleneckquestioneffectively.Keywords:Low-rentHouseFinanceMode目录摘要.................................................................................................................IAbstract..........................................................................................................II1绪论1.1选题背景.................................................................................................(1)1.2研究的目的及意义.................................................................................(2)1.3相关文献综述.........................................................................................(2)1.4研究方
