摘 要随着城市步入转型期以及消费社会的到来，城市空间渐趋精致化与大众化，城 市物质空间与文化空间更趋同构，历史街区形象所附带的历史文化信息成为当代文 化再生产业的来源。本文站在城市转型、现代消费需求层面，分析了历史街区形象 保护与更新中的矛盾及成因，其中形象价值流失、视觉图景混乱以及与周边区域形 象的冲突是历史街区形象保护与更新现存的主要问题。基于此，本文以生存境遇与审美取向、形象活力与空间消费、可识别度与内在 精神的相互关系为切入点，重点关注处理历史街区形象保护与更新的问题。论文从 形象价值、构成二重性以及与周边区域的关系三个方面提出了保护与更新策略。首 先分离出历史街区形象的历史、文化、情感以及功能价值，通过对不同价值因素的 分析及开发引导为历史街区形象的保护与更新做铺垫；其次通过分析历史街区形象 的历史与现代属性确定其保护与更新的内容，即历史迹象和现代意向，并通过与历 史街区的发展需求相结合重新融合历史遗存形象和现代增生形象，进而做到历史与 现代共存、保护与发展同体的历史街区形象；最后，将历史街区形象作为一种城市 发展资源，在区域层面协调历史街区形象与周边区域的“互补与联动”，使历史文化 保存、生存空间品质提升与城市可持续发展三者相契合，并通过视觉系统、产业联 动、符号表征等要素的整合形成具有活力的城市形象体系。本文试图突破传统“就 形象论形象”的研究范式，将形象作为一种资本参与到城市发展之中，以寻求历史 街区形象保护与更新的动态价值平衡。关键词：历史街区形象，价值认知，形象二重性，区域协调AbstractWith the arrival of urban transformation and consumer society, urban space gradually become delicate and popular, urban physical space and cultural space tend to be isomorphic, historical and cultural information attached to image of historic district is the source of renewable industry of contemporary culture. With the background of city transformation and the consumer society, this paper analyses the contradiction and the causes in protection and regeneration of image of historic district, among them the major problems in the process of protection and regeneration of image of historic district are the loss of image value, chaos in the visual picture and conflict with the image of the surrounding areas.Based on this view, the main starting point to deal with the conservation and renewal of image of historic district in this article is the relationship between living conditions and aesthetic orientation, image energy and space consumption, identifiable degree and inner spirit .this paper analyses the contradiction and the causes in protection and regeneration of image of historic district, and then put forward the protective and renewable strategies from three aspects of the value of the image, the duality of elements as well as its relationship with the surrounding areas.
