AbstractSince the 1990’s, along with the social economy into the period of social transformation, the society, economy, culture and peoples thought and living habits had dramatically changed. The party and the government pay more and more attention to the traditional history culture, a legacy of historic and cultural sites, site, and intangible cultural heritage is defined, and a series of protection laws have been issued. History and culture as a traditional village of civilization specimen, also edged into the social from all walks of lifes field of vision. People protect the material and nonmaterial culture of the village in all aspects，and the construction, layout, crafts, customs, etc of the village have become the focus of attention. Developing the village tourism naturally became one of the best ways of protecting the historical and cultural village. Historical and cultural village tourism are thriving carrying out. From the 1990 s to the historical and cultural village tourism has already been over 20 years development, all over the country has emerged many historical and cultural village tourism brand names.
