wholeorganization,makinguseofalltheirsocialnetworksandresources,andeventaketheleadinfund-raisingceremonyatthecostofmoneyinordertomobilizethebroadmassestoparticipatetheirceremony,whichfilledthedesertedspirituallifeofthevillagesinthecommunitywiththeculturallife,showedthevitalityoftheorderinthevillage.Meanwhile,intheprocessofshapingquasi-moralcommunitythroughcommonbelieftotheVillageGod,theruraleliteshaslinkedallcommunityresidentsintoagroupdiscussion,personresponsibleforallthepeopleinvolvedingrass-rootsself-organizationspontaneously,whichprovidearealityspecimensthatthevillagesexploretheinternalresourcesforself-madeorganization.Basedonacaseoccurredincertainruralareainthenorthwest,thisstudyattachedattentionstosocialfactsincludingthefuneralandmarriageceremony,especiallywell-plannedgroupactivitiesoftemplefairsinrecentyears,observedtheleaderroleviadualroleofinsidersandoutsiders,collectedfirst-handinformationonthecompletionoftheparticipantobservation,andplacedthemintheframeworkofsociologicaltheoriesandmethods,definedconceptsandmadescientifictheoryponder.Thefulltextwasdividedintosixchapters:ChapterIIntroductionreviewedtherelevantresearchresults,clarifiedthepurposeandsignificanceofthestudytodefinethemainconcept,theresearchmethodschose,andfinallytheideaofcoverageofthestudy.ChapterII,Renaissance:thetempleceremonyinfullswing,accordingtointerviews,describedthetraditionalandmodernZtempleceremonyinthevillage.ChapterIIIFracture:theevolutionofruralcommunitiesintheNorthwestdeposedatchangesoftheChinesecountrysidesociety,role-playingoftheruraleliteintheprocessofcontinuingorderswasfocused,thecurrentimageofthevillageswasanalyzed.ChapterIVLink:Publicaffairselitemobilizationbeganinthefuneralandmarriageceremonyofvillages,thenextendedtothetempleceremony,inthelightofWebersmodel,thelegitimacyoftheleadershipofeliteswasclassified,theirmechanismandfunctiondetailed.ChapterVPolymerization:endogenousrecyclingoforganicunityofthecommunitywasintheperspectiveoftheroleintegrationandfunctionalcoupling,explor
