AbstractIntheregionofYinationalityofLiangshan,therearetwodifferentmarriagelaws,traditionalmarriagelawofYinationalityandmarriagelawinourcountry,whichadjustmarriageandalsoconflicteachotherinevitably.Howtomixbothlawsystemtogether,theessaystudiesconflictsandcoordinationsofbothlawsandseeksawaytodealwiththemwhichisexpectedtoimproveconstructionofrulingbylawandcontributetoconstructharmoniousLiangshan.Theessayisdividedintofourpartsasfollowsinstructure:Thefirstpartisanintroduction,whichdemonstratesthereasonofstudyofconflictandcoordinationbetweentraditionalmarriagecustomlawofYinationalityandmarriagelawinourcountrybecauseitisimportantforconstructionofharmoniousnewmodernLiangshantodealwithbothrelationshipwell.ThesecondpartisconditionoftraditionalmarriagecustomlawofYinationality,whichtalksaboutthattraditionalmarriageofYinationalityistheneedofnotonlydefendinghusbands’andrace’srightanditsreproduction,butalsorelegion,politics,economy,andmilitaryaffairs.Thoughsomethingschangealot,therearestillsomespecialcontentsinmarriagetraditionallawofYinationality,suchasstickingtomonogamy,arrangedmarriagebyparents,innerhierachymarriageandsoon,andconflictswithmarrigelawinourcountry,forexample,freedomofmarriage,equalityofmenandwomen,marriageconditionsect..Thethirdpartistheirconflict,whichdiscusseseveryrespectsoftheirconflict,leadingtodisorderofmarriageinregionofYinationality,hinderingimplementofthepolicyofbirthcontrol,resultingindecreaseofthequalityofpopulationofYinationaltyandwastingmoneyandwealthincoordination,butatthesametimemaitainingitspropermarriageorder,ensuringthereproductionofpopulationofYinationality,andmakingupdefectofmarrigelawinourcountry,whichservesasagoodlawresource.Thefourthpartistheircoordination,whichexpoundsthenecessity,possibilityandwaysnextofcoordination.Inordertosolvetheseconflicts,wehavetocoordinatebothlaws.Thereareseveralways,legislation,judicatureandothermethods,toaccomplishthat,basedonlegalintegratin,atthesametimeagainsttwowrongtendence:completelydenyingnationallawandneglec
