郑州大学 本科毕业论文（设计） 题目名称 饮水机控制系统的设计 指导教师 职称 讲师 学生姓名 学号 专 业 通信工程 班级 2班 院（系） 电子信息工程学院 完成时间 2012年4月25日 饮水机温控系统 摘 要 AT89C2051单片机作为核心控制芯片，外围部件由防水数字温度传感器DS18B20，键盘电路，水位探测器，LED显示电路，加热控制器组成。实现了： (1)能检测饮水机加热体中的水量和水温并能LED数码管显示水温。 水量低于设定值时禁止加热; (2)防止干烧。 设定两种加热模式; (3)温水键可以把水加热到60度，开水键可以把水加热到100度并实时显示水温。管显示水温。水量低于设定值时禁止加热; (4)系统自动比较水温和系统设定温度，当水温低于设定温度10度时，加热器开始加热，当水温达到设定温度时，加热器停止工作。 饮水机设置温水键、开水键对水温进行控制。接通电源后，系统检测饮水机加热体中的水量及水温，并将水温清晰地显示在LED数码显示器上。为防低于系统设置，系统处于待机状态，此时温水键和开水键无效，待用户加足水后按键功能有效。 本设计中的数字温度传感器采用DS18B20。键盘电路由温水键、开水键2个独立式按钮组成。显示电路由4位七段码LED显示器组成。水深探测器为一根金属棒。加热控制器为MOTOROLA公司生产的单片集成光电耦合可控硅驱动器件 MOC3041。 关键字 温度/控制/单片机/传感器 DESIGN OF TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM OF DRINKING MACHINE ABSTRACT In this thesis, cost-effective AT89C2051 MCU as a core control chip, the external parts of the waterproof digital temperature sensor DS18B20, keyboard circuit, water level detector, LED show circuit, the heating controller.
