Firstly,wedemonstrateresearchbackgroundandsignificance,researchmethods,innovationoftheresearch.Secondly,westatesreferenceandstatementmainlyfromtheurbanizationtheoryandhumanresourcetheoryofliteraturetodeterminetheoreticalstudyboundary.Thirdly,weexploretheevolutionoftherelationshipbetweenthecoordinateddevelopmentofruralhumanresourcesdevelopmentandtheurbanizationprocessinLiaoningprovinceandanalyzethecurrentsituationofthedevelopmentofLiaoningurbanization.FocusontheanalysisofthemainproblemsofthedevelopmentofruralhumanresourcesandthecoordinativeprocessofurbanizationinLiaoningprovince.Finally,onthebasisofrelativetheoryandinvestigation,weputforwardsomecountermeasuresforthedevelopmentofruralhumanresourcesdevelopmentandcoordinateddevelopmentofurbanizationprocess,andthedevelopmentofruralhumanresourcesandthecoordinatedurbanizationprocessinLiaoningprovincearesummarizedandprospects.Throughthisstudy,theruralhumanresourcesemploymentstructureissingle,overallqualityislow,notenoughtosupportthedemandofhumanresourcesintherapiddevelopmentofurbanization.Defectsexistedinthesystemdevelopmentofurbanizationprocessreducecountrysidehumanresourcesattraction.Seizingthecontradiction,weformulatesolutionsfromthetwoperspectivesofstrengtheningtheruralhumanresourceactivityandsolvingdefectsofurbanizationmechanism,andproposethetwosynchronousimprovementsandharmoniousdevelopment,torealizethepropositionofthedevelopmentofhumanandcity.Keywords：DevelopmentofHumanResource,Urbanization,CoordinatedDevelopment,EmploymentStructure，Ruralareas目录摘要...............................................................IIAbstract..............................................................................................................................................III第一章绪论........................................................................................................................................1一、选题背景和意义..............................................................................................................
