3.ki67与IGF-2在胃癌组织中的表达具有明显相关性，提示二者可能在胃癌的发生、发展中起着协同作用。关键词：Ki67；IGF-2；胃癌；免疫组化StudyontheexpressionandbiologicalSignificanceofki67andIGF-2ingastriccarcinomaAbstract:Objective:ThepurposeofthisstudywastodetectetheexpressionofKi67andIGF-2innormalgastrictissue,atypicalhyperplasiatissuesandgastriccarcinoma.InvestigateKi67andIGF-2whetherthereisacorrelationwiththedifferentsexes、agesandpathologicaltypesofgastriccancerpatientsintheirrespectiveexpressionandbothofthem.Methods:UsingS-Pimmunohistochemicaltechniquetodetecttheexpressionofki67andIGF-2indifferentgastrictissues.Experimentalsample:normalgastricmucosa(morethan5cmoutofthetumorcuttingedge)20casesasacontrolgroup;20casesofatypicalhyperplasiatissues(10casesofmilddysplasia,10casesofseveredysplasia);40casesingastriccarcinoma(15casesofadenocarcinoma,25casesofpoorlydifferentiatedadenocarcinoma)wereadvancedstage;80casesofexperimentalsamplesweretakenfromtheDepartmentofPathology,LuzhouMedicalCollegearchivedparaffinblocksfromOctober2010toOctober2011;thehistologicaltypeofeachspecimenwasdiagnosisedbytwoexperiencedpathologist.SPImmunohistochemicalwasusedtodetecteKi67andIGF-2expressioninthethreegrouptissues.TousetheSPSS19.0experimentalresultsforstatisticalanalysis.Results:⑴Innormalgastricmucosa,atypicalhyperplasiatissuesandgastriccancertissues,thepositiveexpressionratesofKi67were5%,35%,65%;positiverateinthenucleusofgastriccancertissues(65%)wassignificantlyhigherthanthatindysplasiatissuesandnormalgastricmucosa(35%,5%);thedifferentexpressionrateofKi67ingastriccancertissues,dysplasiatissues(x2=4.848,p0.05)andnormalgastricmucosa(x2=19.39,p0.05)werestatisticallysignificant;positiveexpressionrateofKi67(35%)inatypicalhyperplasiatissueswassignificantlyhigherthanthatinnormalgastricmucosa(5%),andthisdifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(x2=5.625,p0.05);thepositiveexpressionofIGF-2ingastriccancertissues,atypicalhyperplasiatissuesandnormalgastricmucosawas62.5%,30%,5%；obviously,thedifferentexpressionrateofIGF-2ingastriccancertissues,dysplasiatissues(x2=
