S100A6在宫颈癌组织中表达及其意义 　　[摘要] 目的 研究S100A6基因在不同宫颈病变组织中的表达情况,分析其与宫颈癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用荧光定量PCR技术定量分析宫颈良性病变13例、宫颈癌未合并淋巴结转移和宫颈癌合并淋巴结转移各25例的宫颈组织中S100A6基因的表达量。结果 S100A6基因在不同病变宫颈组织中均有表达,宫颈癌合并淋巴结转移组中表达最高,宫颈癌未合并淋巴结转移组表达次之,宫颈良性病变组最低。结论 S100A6基因在不同病变宫颈组织中表达均有差异,随着宫颈病变程度及浸润转移表达增高,结合临床可以作为评价宫颈癌转移浸润危险性的参考指标之一。 　　[关键词] S100A6; 宫颈癌; 实时荧光定量RT-PCR; 淋巴结转移 　　[中图分类号] R737.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2010)11-09-02 　　 　　Expression and Role of S100A6 in Cervical Cancer 　　TAN Yuan YAO Desheng 　　Department of Womens Tumor,the Affiliated Tumor Hospital Guangxi Medical University,Nanning 530021,China 　　 　　[Abstract] ObjectiveTo compare the expression of S100A6 gene in different cervical lesion tissues and analyze the relationship between the expression level and the lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer. MethodsWe analyzed the S100A6 expression level of 13 cases of benign cervical lesions,25 cases of cervical cancer without lymph node metastasis,25 cases of cervical cancer with lymph node metastasis by using real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. Results S100A6 gene showed its expression in different cervical lesion tissues,and the cervical cancer with lymph node metastasis group showed its highest expression level,the next was the cervical cancer without lymph node metastasis group and the lowest was the cervical benign lesion group. ConclusionThe expression of S100A6 gene in different cervical lesion tissues is different,and as the degree of cervical lesion,invasion and metastasis increases,its expression increases,which can be used as one of the indicators for the evaluation of the transfer of invasive cervical cancer risk. 　　[Key words]S100A6; Cervical cancer; Real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR; Lymph node metastasis 　　 　　淋巴结转移是中晚期宫颈癌病人治疗过程中非常棘手的问题,特别是腹主动脉旁及锁骨上淋巴结转移,手术无法切除干净,放疗达不到根治量,常规的静脉化疗药物难以进入淋巴系统,静脉化疗对淋巴道转移的疗效不满意,因此淋巴结转移是影响预后的很重要的因素。淋巴结转移是中晚期宫颈癌治疗的关键,也是治疗的难点和复发的原因。本实验采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术研究S100A6基因在不同病变宫颈组织中的表达,以分析其在宫颈癌发生、发展中的意义。 　　1 资料和方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　收集广西肿
