大连市中山区2008年-2010年梅毒检验结果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解大连市中山区梅毒发病情况，掌握大连市中山区梅毒疫情动态和流行病学特点，为实现梅毒的科学可控做出依据。方法 依照《梅毒诊断标准WS273-2007附录A》收集2008-2010年度，到我中心做健康体检的服务业从业人员人群血样，年龄分布18-60周岁，分离血清进行分析，经脉采血经甲苯胺红不加热（TRUST）初筛阳性，再经过梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验检测血（TPPA）复检确认。结果 2008年度人群血清23436，检出阳性血清46，阳性率为0.19%,2009年度人群血清20136，检出阳性血清33，阳性率0.16%，2010年度人群18935血清检出阳性血清31，阳性率0.16%.2008-2010年梅毒确认阳性总人数110人，年龄结构分布。18-30周岁阳性人数46人.占三年总阳性人数的41.8%，31-40周岁阳性人数34人.占三年总阳性人数的30.9%,41-50周岁阳性人数22人。占三年总阳性人数的20.0%,51-60周岁阳性人数8人.占三年总阳性人数的7.3%。结论 近些年来，很多国家包括中国都有梅毒复燃流行的报道，由其中青年发病率有所提高，提醒我们必须采取措施制止梅毒的蔓延，开展以健康教育为主的行为干预，截止梅毒的流行和蔓延。 　　[关键词] 梅毒； 检测； 分析 　　[中图分类号] R275.3[文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1005-0515（2011）-06-328-01 　　[Abstract] ObjectiveTo understand the The incidence of syphilis in Zhongshan District of Dalian, master Syphilis epidemic situation and Epidemiology in Zhongshan District of Dalian,and Provide the basis for achieveingthe scientific control of syphilis.
