帕罗西汀治疗2型糖尿病伴抑郁疗效及对血糖影响研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨帕罗西汀治疗2型糖尿病伴抑郁的疗效及对血糖变化的影响机制。 方法 选取我院2型糖尿病伴抑郁患者56例作为观察对象，随机分为试验组和对照组各28例，应用统计学方法分析两组患者的疗效及血糖的变化情况。 结果 试验组总有效率为92.9%，对照组总有效率为75.0%；两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.621，P ＜ 0.05）。治疗后两组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及HAMD评分分别较治疗前明显降低，试验组较对照组降低更明显，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论 帕罗西汀治疗2型糖尿病伴抑郁疗效确切，能明显降低患者的血糖程度，值得临床推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 2型糖尿病伴抑郁；帕罗西汀；血糖；HAMD 　　[中图分类号] R749.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2012）04-0046-02 　　 　　The clinical study on effect of paroxetine for blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes and depression 　　CHENG Jingjing1 WENG Liping2 　　1.The Third Ward,Public Security Bureau Ankang Hospital of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou 311113, China; 2.West Lake Community Health Service Center of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou 310013, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy of paroxetine in treatment of type 2 diabetes with depression, as well as the impact mechanism of paroxetine on blood sugar changes. Methods Fifty-six patients with type 2 diabetes and depression in our hospital were selected as objects of observation and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 28 patients in each. The efficacy and blood sugar changes of two groups were analyzed by application of statistical methods. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.9% and that of the control group was 75.0%; There was significant difference between total effective rates of two groups (χ2=8.621，P ＜ 0.05). After treatment, the fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and HAMD scores were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the experimental group decreased more significantly, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Paroxetine in treatment of type 2 diabetes with depression is effective, can significantly reduce the patients blood sugar level, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinic. 　　[Key words] Type 2 diabetes with depressi
