米索前列醇辅助治疗妊高症产后出血效果分析 　　【摘要】目的 探讨米索前列醇辅助治疗妊高症产后出血的效果。方法 将我院76例妊高症行剖宫产的患者随机分为两组，对照组患者给予常规治疗，实验组患者给予米索前列醇辅助治疗，比较两组产妇产后出血率和平均产后出血量。结果 实验组产后2h内出血量(182±77）ml，产后2~24h出血量(41.5±11.0)ml，对照组产后2h内出血量为(318±89.5)ml，产后2~24h出血量(59.0±19.5)ml。实验组产后2h出血量明显少于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组均有个别患者出现恶心、呕吐、寒颤、发热等不良反应，经对症治疗后症状消失，两组比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论 采用米索前列醇辅助治疗妊高症产后出血的临床效果较好，不良反应轻微，值得在临床应用。 　　【关键词】米索前列醇 妊高症 产后出血 剖宫产 　　中图分类号：R714.461 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-0515（2012）3-030-02 　　Effectiveness analysis of misoprostol adjuvant treatment of postpartum hemorrhage pregnancy-induced hypertension 　　Kang Yun Xiang 　　（Erenhot Hospital, Inner Mongolia Inner Mongolia Erenhot 011100） 　　【Abstract】Objective explore the misoprostol adjuvant treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension postpartum hemorrhage. Results postpartum hemorrhage 2h of the experimental group (182±77) ml postpartum 2 to 24 h the amount of bleeding (41.5±11.0) ml in the control group post-natal 2h amount of bleeding (318±89.5) ml, 2 ~ 24h post-partum bleeding (59.0±19.5) ml. The amount of bleeding in postpartum 2h of the experimental group was significantly less than the control group was statistically significant (P 0.05).
