米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于钳刮术或吸刮术临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的：观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在钳刮术或吸刮术时软化宫颈程度及有效地预防人工流产综合反应发生情况。方法：将要求终止妊娠的孕9~14周的健康孕妇100例，随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组于施行钳刮术或吸刮术前2 d开始口服米非司酮150~200 mg，第3天口服米索前列醇0.6 mg。对照组在宫颈消毒后，宫颈管注入盐酸丁卡因胶浆4 g，等待10~15 min后施行手术。结果：观察组用药后宫颈扩张效果良好，与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。对发生人工流产综合反应比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：钳刮术或吸刮术前口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇，是一种方便、安全、痛苦小、有效的软化宫颈的理想方法，且人工流产综合反应发生率较低，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 米非司酮；米索前列醇；钳刮术或吸刮术；临床观察 　　[中图分类号] R979.2+2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2011）12（b）-086-02 　　 　　Clinical observation of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in application of forcep curettage or suction curettage 　　YIN Yingshi, PIAO Yingjin, LIU Yanmei, FENG Qiumin 　　Department of Gynecology, Yanji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jilin Province, Yanji 133000, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To observe softening cervical degree and effectively prevent artificial abortion syndrome reaction conditions of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in application of forcep curettage or suction curettage. Methods: One hundred cases of healthy pregnant women with 9-14 gestational age demanding termination of pregnancy, who were divided into observation group and control group, observation group were treated with oral Mifepristone 150-200 mg at two days before forcep curettage or suction curettage, and oral misoprostol 0.6 mg in the third day; control group were injected 4 g of tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage through cervical canal after disinfection cervix, an operation was performed waitting for 10-15 minutes later. Results: The cervical expansion effect was favorable in observation group after pharmacotherapy, compared with the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P＜0.001）. There was also statistically significant difference in artificial abortion syndrome reaction between the two groups (P＜0.01）. Conclusion: Mifepristone combined with misoprostol in application of forcep curettage or suction curettage is a convenient, safe, less pain, effective and perfect method
