摘要暴力犯罪是指利用行为人以暴力为手段或以暴力相胁迫，非法侵害他人的人身和财 产安全的犯罪行为。我国的暴力犯罪经历着由多到少和由少到多的过程，面临的暴力犯 罪的局势也是日趋紧张，虽然我国一直没有放松对暴力犯罪的打击，但局面仍然没有得 到有效改观，同暴力犯罪作斗争的形势仍然非常艰巨、复杂、严峻。本研究通过对暴力犯危险性程度进行评估，以内隐友好倾向作为着眼点，设计了三 个研究：研究一以个案访谈、文献综述等为基础，提出了暴力危险性评估的基本维度， 并据此编制出暴力危险性评估问卷；研究二采用自编暴力危险性评估问卷作为研究工 具，通过运用友好型实验材料作为启动刺激，采用判定词对关联程度的方式来研究不同 危险程度的暴力犯是否存在内隐友好倾向；研究三的被试为存在内隐友好倾向的暴力 犯，采用 IAT 的研究范式来研究内隐友好倾向对内隐攻击性的抑制作用。得出的主要结 论如下：1 自编“暴力危险性评估问卷”具有良好的信效度，符合心理测量学的要求，可 以作为暴力犯危险性评估的有效工具；2 “暴力危险性评估问卷”由冲动、敌意、逆反社会、敏感多疑、易激惹五个维 度构成；3 以友好型图片作为启动材料，通过词对关联程度的得分结果得出实验组和对照组 有显著性差异，而高低分组则无显著性差异，表明了暴力犯内隐友好倾向的存在，友好 型实验材料可以启动暴力犯的内隐友好倾向；4 内隐友好倾向对不同危险性程度的暴力犯的内隐攻击性有抑制效应。关键词：暴力；危险性；评估；内隐友好倾向AbstractThe violent crime refers to using the actor takes the violence forces for the method or by the violence, violates other peoples personal safety and property safety criminality illegally. The violent crime of our country is experiencing from many to few and from few to many processes, the situation of violent crime is also growing tension. Although our country had not relaxed to the attack of violent crime ,but the situation has still not been effectively improved, made situation of struggle to be still arduous, complex and stern with the violent crime.Through this study to evaluate the risk level of violence offenders,take the implicit friendly inclination as objective point.
