乡镇企业转制原因分析一个文献综述 　　 摘要：本文围绕乡镇企业为何改制这一核心问题，结合了目前已有的实证研究，分析了乡镇企业改制背后的核心动力机制。乡镇企业转制涉及到地方财政、地方利益集团以及经济精英影响因素，这三种力量相互作用决定了乡镇企业改制的进程方向。同时，笔者认为对于这三种力量博弈制度的理解将有助于我们更好地理解21世纪中国经济制度发展变迁。 　　关键词：乡镇企业 转制 经济制度改革 　　Abstract:By reviewing existing literatures, this paper analyzes the motivations behind reform of Chinese rural collective industry.It argues that community government?s revenue, interest group, and the pressure comes from local economic elites, determined the results of privatization, which also will have great impact upon the China?ｓ economic reform in 21 century. 　　Keywords: town and villag
