摘要峰谷电价是电力行业为削峰填谷，提高电力系统负荷率和运行稳定性而采取的一种经济手段。峰谷电价不仅适用于终端售电价格，还有必要在发电侧推行，尤其是在 2003 年我国供电形势发生了较大变化，夏季和冬季出现电荒的情况下更有必要研究如何在发电侧实行峰谷电价，提高发电企业的调峰积极性。本文首先对于电价制定方法，峰谷电价的理论基础和峰谷电价在我国的研究应用情况进行了综述:讨论了发电机组的调峰运行方式，以及各类机组进行调峰的经济性。在此基础上，研究和提出了一套发电侧峰谷电价与销售侧峰谷电价联动的实施方案，包括发电侧峰谷电价价差设计，峰谷电量的分配等内容，关键词=电价:蜂谷电价:上网电价:销售电价AbstractPeak and valley price is an economic measure which is used in the electrici ty industry to remove the peak 10ad and to irnprove load rate and system stability. Peak and valley price can be used in both generation side and dístribution side. It is necessary to study how to implement the peak and valley price in generation side especially when our power supply situation changed a 10t and the power shortage appeared in summer and winter this year.This paper first researches the method to set power price，the theoryfoundation of the peak and valley price，and the implement in China; discusses the peak modulation methodologies of generation uni t and the economic impact on each type of uni t to do peak modulation.
