提要非公募基金会不同于传统的公募基金会，它保持了自身相对的独立性，与政府及其他组织在公益职能上明确边界，非公募基金会在引导资金、人力、专业知识和经验等资源流向政府所未能完全覆盖的区域和领域的方面，能够有效弥补政府公共服务的“短板”，因此对非公募基金会的研究显得尤为重要。本研究的总体研究目的是通过案例研究掌握在社会资本的视角下非公募基金会是如何运作项目的，并对其中出现的相关问题进行分析和总结，探究出社会资本进入非公募基金会项目运作的途径和过程，总结出社会资本对非公募基金会项目运作的影响和作用，即社会资本能够增强项目运作的效率并提高内部凝聚力，同时提高了项目依托非公募基金会资源动员社会资源的能力，在一定程度上既降低了项目成本，又提高了项目在组织内部中的地位。在研究的结尾部分，归纳出社会资本介入项目运作对社会工作专业的启示和借鉴。并最终通过对非公募基金会项目运作中的社会资本研究，扩大社会工作的视野，丰富社工专业对基金会这类公益组织的认识和了解，促使在社会工作领域开展的公益项目能顺利开展并有效率地运作，从而推动社会工作在公益领域中的发展和壮大。关键词：非公募基金会社会资本项目运作AbstractNon-publicfoundationisdifferentfromtraditionalpublicofferingfoundation,itkeeptheiroppositeindependence,andthegovernmentandotherorganisationsinpublicwelfarefunctionclearboundary,non-publicfoundationindirectfunds,manpower,professionalknowledgeandexperienceandresourcesintothegovernmenthasfailedtocompletecoverageoftheareaandthearea,caneffectivelyupthegovernmentpublicserviceshortboard,sothenon-publicfoundationresearchisparticularlyimportant.Thisstudyofgeneralstudypurposeisthroughthecasestudyofthesocialcapitalcontrolsintheperspectiveofnon-publicfoundationishowtooperatetheproject,andtherelatedproblemsinanalysisandsummary,exploreintothesocialcapitalintonon-publicfoundationprojectrunningwaysandprocess,sumsupthesocialcapitalonthenon-publicfoundationprojectoperationoftheinfluenceandfunction,orsocialcapitalcanenhancetheefficiencyoftheprojectoperationandimprovetheinternalcohesiveness,andatthesametime,improvetheprojectbasedonnon-publicfoundationofsocialresourcesabilityresourcemobilization,and,tosomeextent,whichdecreasetheprojectcost,andalsotoimprovetheprojectinthepositionoftheinternalorganization.Inthelastpartofthestudy,theauthorsummarizedthesocialcapitalprojectoperationofsocialworkinprofessionalofinspirationandreference.Andfinallythroughtothenon-publicfoundationprojectoperationsofthesocialcapital,expandtheviewofthesocialwork,socialworkerstofoundationrichprofessionalthiskindofpublicorganizationtoknowandunderstand,promptedinsocialworkinthefieldofpublicwelfareprojectscansmoothlyandworkeffic
