It is an important foundation of socialist state power. If the foundation is not firm, the earthshaking will happen. As the ruling party, the Communist Party of China always thinks it a very important work to strengthen organizational building. With the development and growing strength of non-public enterprises, an important task confronts the Communist Party of China, or building the Party’s organization in non-public enterprises. If there is no our Party’s organization in non-public enterprises, our Party will loss the foundation of a big part of political leadership and organizational foundation.
