According to the foreign legislative experience, combined with Chinas national conditions and judicial practice, puts forward a tentative idea of expert assessor in cross examination procedure. Mainly in the following six aspects, first determine the expert assistant position. Second, the establishment of expert assessors qualification system. Third, to build the expert assistant trial mode of evidence. Fourth, the auxiliary expert opinion in the validity of evidence. Fifth, clearly the rights and obligations of expert assessor. Sixth, rules expert assisted system of legal aid.
