摘要民营经济不仅是我国改革开放初期实现经济“起飞”的重要引擎，也是保证经济持续快速增长的突出动力。然而由于受多种因素的制约，民族地区经济一直是我国国民经济发展过程中的薄弱环节，特别是民族地区民营企业发展仍然存在相当多的困难。2011年是“十二五”规划的开局之年，也是新一轮西部大开发战略的实施元年，这为民族地区经济发展特别是民营企业发展带来了福音。但是民营企业在发展过程中正受到诸如融资困难、政策缺失、管理不力等不利因素的影响，难以在较短时间内实现跨越式发展。这造成民族地区民营企业难以发展壮大，企业成活率低，发展质量不高。本文针对上述制约因素，结合我国当前宏观政策，为提高民族地区民营企业发展质量，解决民营企业在发展过程中产生融资困境而导致资金链断裂等问题，通过文献资料法逻辑分析法、比较研究法等方法以贵州省民营企业融资问题为例分析了民族地区民营企业的发展现状和特征，发现民族地区民营经济融资困难的原因有以下几点：信息不对称所产生的高交易成本，使国有商业银行的贷款意愿下降；国有商业银行对民营企业的贷款意愿不强；银行对民营企业的贷款程序和抵押要求过高；民营企业融资渠道狭窄等是民营企业融资难的根本问题。民营企业财务状况不透明；资本金严重不足；信用记录差等是民营企业融资难的重要原因。政府作用的缺失是民营企业融资难的体制性障碍。最后，提出了破解民族地区民营企业融资困难的对策和建议：设立民族地区民营企业的信用担保机构和资信评估机构；建立民族地区民营企业的直接、间接融资系统；规范和优化政府行为，扶持民营企业发展；引导民营企业内部改革，不断适应市场经济的需求。关键词：民营企业；融资困难；原因；对策；贵州省AbstractTheprivateeconomynotonlyplayedacrucialroleintheeconomictake-offatthefirstperiodofChina’seconomicreform,butalsoanoutstandingforcetoguaranteethefastandsustainedgrowthofChina’seconomy.However,restrictedbymanyfactors,theeconomyintheethnicregionshasbeentheweaklinkofChina’snationaleconomyinthepastyears.Andtheprivateeconomyintheethnicregionshasconfrontedwithmanydifficultiesinthefurtherdevelopment.Theyearof2011isthestart-upyearofthetwelfthfive-yearplanandalsothefirstyearofexecutingthenewstrategyofdevelopmentofthewestregions,whichisgoodnewstotheeconomicdevelopmentoftheethnicregionsandespeciallytheprivateeconomyoftheregions.Inspiteofthis,intheeconomicdevelopment,theprivateeconomyhassomeimplications,suchasfinancingdifficulties,thelackofproperpoliciesandthedeficienciesinthegovernment’sadministration.Soitishardfortheprivateeconomyintheethnicregionstoachievealeapinfurtherdevelopmentinthenearfuture.Fortheabove-mentionedsituation,theprivateeconomyintheethnicregionshasdifficultiestogrowlargerandbetter.Focusingontheabove-mentionedrestrainingfactorsandcombiningwithChina’spresentmacro-economicpoliciesandinordertopromotethedevelopmentoftheprivateeconomyintheethnicregionsandhelptosolvethefinancingproblems,thisarticleprovidesananalysisofthepresentdevelopmentsituationoftheprivateeconomyintheet
