AbstractHumanbeingscreatelanguageaimstoseekrelativecertainty,seektherelativecertaintyofknowledge,andsincethebeginningofthecreationoflanguage,wewillhavetofacemanyproblemscausedbythefuzzylanguage,andthehumanforthestudyonthefuzzinessoflanguageisenduring,especiallyinChad(L.A.Zadch)hasbeenproposedfuzzysetstheoryin1965,thefuzzytheoryisgraduallygeneratedandestablished,andthefuzzylogicwhichisproducedintheprocessofthedevelopmentofthe.Fuzzylogicisabranchoffuzzymathematics,anewsubjectofmodernapplicationlogic,themathematicsandlogicorganically,withmembershipandmembershipfunctiontodescribethefuzzythings,brokethroughthetraditionaltwovaluelogicrelationship,itisfromthissense,therelatedresearchfuzzylogicwillnotonlyimpactthetraditionallogic,butalsotothestudyoftraditionallogicaddedfreshblood;itisalsothelanguagefuzzinessandaccuracyofthedispute,agoodinterpretationoftheconceptofjusticestruggle,essenceandfuzzylogicforthecorrectionofjudicialdisputesisundoubtedlyofgreatsignificance,sothestudyfuzzylogichastheextremelyimportanttheorysignificanceforthestudyoftraditionallogicandthejudicialconceptofthedispute.ThisarticlefromtheWuYingcasebehindthedisputeoflanguagefuzziness,andthenfromtheresearchonfuzzylogictoexplorejudicialconceptofthedispute,isofgreatpracticalsignificance,especiallythefuzzylanguageitselfdeterminestheaccurategraspoflegalprovisionsforthejudicialpractice,takeWuYingforexample,fromtheconstituentelementsoffinancialfraud,whatisthepurposeofillegalpossession?Whatisthefraud?Whatisillegal?Seemtobeafuzzylanguageproblem.Injudicialprocessmeettheeyeeverywheresodifficult,itisalsobasedonthis,somepeopleadvocatejudicialactivism;however,behindwhichignoretheexactnatureoflanguage,languagefuzzinessreferstothecentralmeaningitreferstoisdetermined,onlyedgeconceptisfuzzy,itisinthissense,inthejudicialpracticeinthelegalprovisionsoftheunderstandingmustbestrictlywithinthelaw,andcannottakethewordstooliterally,subjective,otherwisewilldamagethestabilityoflaw,justiceisalsodifficulttoreachitstosettledisputes,social
