同。血清 IL-10，骨折后第 1 天较对照组升高，差异无统计学意义，术后开始升高，术后第 3 天达最高峰，相比较术后第 1 天有明显统计学意义（P＜0.01），术后第 6 天有所下降，但仍高于对照组（P＜0.05）.血清 TGF-β含量的测量结果显示，骨折后第 1 天相比较对照组无明显变化，术后第 1 天 TGF-β含量有升高，但无明显差异，术后第 3 天、第 6 天升高且有明显差异（P＜0.01）。在住院期间有并发症和没有并发症，感染和没有感染患者之间 Th17 细胞在骨折后第 1 天有统计学，Treg 细胞在术后第 3 天和第 6 天有明显差异。结论：实验表明 Th17 细胞参与了老年髋部骨折患者的炎症反应，Treg 细胞参与了抗炎反应并维持了免疫抑制状态。老年髋部骨折后 Th17 细胞/Treg 细胞的失衡，是髋部骨折之后老年患者产生并发症和感染的重要机制。关键词：老年髋部骨折，Th17 细胞，Treg 细胞，细胞因子，Th17/Treg 功能失衡，流式细胞术Researeh on imbalance of Thl7/CD4+CD25+Regulatory T Cells in Hip Fracture in the elderlyAbstractObjeetive:To investingate the imbalance between Th17 cell and CD4+CD25+ regu- latory T cell (Treg) and the expression of related cytokines in the Peripheral blood in the elderly hip fracture and the possible mechanismduring hip fracture in the elderly,and detemine the relations the changes of Th17 cells, CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells percentage with hospital infections and complications. To explore the possible mechanism that more complications and infections easaly in the elderly hip fracture . Methods:30cases of elderly hip fracture and 10cases of elderly with lumbar disc herniation in Department of Orthopedics Surgery of Beijing army General Hospital during the 2012 September to 2013 January were enrolled in this study. The main research contents include extraction of peripheral blood to detect the Pereentage of Thl7 cell and Treg cell by Flow. At the same time the related cytokines in serum (suchas IL-17、IL-10、IL-6、TGF-β) were tested by ELISA, And the clinical data wereanalyzed.Results:The proportion of Thl7cells in first days after fracture of hip fracture in the elderly patients was found to be significantly higher than that in lumbar discherniation(P＜0.05）.
