one-legstandingposition(frontalplaneadduction25°,sagittalplaneneutralposition),thespecimenswerecastedwithaconstantfixtureindenturepowder.TheA,Bgroupverticalloadingexperiments:Thefixedspecimenswereplacedinbiomechanicalmachine,givingthefemoralheadstraightdowngradingload,correspondingsubsidenceoffemoralheadwererecordedintheexperimentalgroupandcontrolgrouploadedintothe100N,200N,...1000Ngradually;ThenA,Bgrouptorsiontest:Thespecimenswouldbeupsidedown,thefemoralheaddown,thetwoendswereconnectedtothebiomechanicaltestmachine,doingtorsiontest,maintainingproximalfemoralstationary,themachineclockwise(leftfemur)orcounterclockwise(rightfemur)reversedthedirectionofthedistalfemur,andthespeedwasadjustedbythemachineitself,torsionanglevalueswererecordedintheexperimentalgroupandcontrolgrouptorquedinto1,2,3,...10Nmgradually.Statisticalanalysis:Alldataweremean±standarddeviation,withSPSS16.0statisticalsoftwaretohandlealldataandpairedttest(biomechanicaltests),P0.05differencebetweenthetwogroupswasstatisticallysignificantdata.Results:Theslide-pokingexternalfixatorinhipfracturehasbeendesignedanddeveloped；Intheverticalloadingexperiment,loadedintothe1000N,thefemoralheaddowntheverticaldisplacementoftheexperimentalgroupwas1.49322±0.116280mm,thecontrolgroup2.13656±0.166374mm;Inthereverseexperiment,whenthetimetoreversethe10.0NmTheexperimentalgrouptorsionanglevaluewas7.9733±1.65704°,thecontrolgroupwas15.4889±0.73228°.Biomechanicsexperimentaldatasofthetwogroupswerestatisticedbypairedttest,andtheresultswereallP0.010.05,demonstratedthattheresistancetocompression(bending)andanti-rotationstrengthofhipslide-pokingexternalfixatorwassignificantlystrongerthanthatofDHS.Conclusion:Theslide-pokingexternalfixatorinhipfracturehasbeendesignedanddeveloped；Biomechanicalexperimentaldatasshowthattheresistancetocompression(bending)andanti-rotationstrengthofhipfractureslide-pokingexternalfixatorissignificantlystrongerthanthatofDHSandthatinclinicalhipfracrureslide-pokingexternalfixatorcanprovidesufficientresistancetocompr
