AbstractReturnsmaximizationisthehottopicsinscientificresearch,stockinvestmentandbusinessinvestmentfields,especiallyintheprocessofgettingthehighyieldbysubscribingnewstockandmakingthecompanygethighprofitsbyinvestmentfromnewproducts.Accordingtothisproblem,thispaperputsforwarddistributionandunificationgainmodel,andcarriesoutpracticalapplicationsonIPO.Tobuildthedistributionandunificationgainmodel,usedirectedgraphtheorytodefineitformally.Accordingtothedifferenceoftheinvestmentchoicesandtimecontinuity,themodelisdividedintothreetypes,concurrencygainmodel,successivegainmodelandintegratedgainmodel.Inviewofthecharacteristicsofquantitativeandcontinuous,weusethethirdkindmodel,integratedgainmodel,tosolveit.Intheprocessofdeterminingtheinvestedstock,newstockshavevariousattributes.Theremustberedundancy.So,thedataarepretreatedbyclusteringand2χestimation,whichcreatedtwodifferentfeatureset.Takethetwoextractedsetastheinputsettogetthegainvalue.Inthispaper,gainisdividedintotwokinds,onenon-limitgain,anotherlimitgainandaveragegainwhichareusedtocomparewiththenon-limitgain.Forthenon-limitgain,themaximumentropythought,LMTandregressionmethodarecombinedtofindsolution.Fortheideallimitgain,Dijkstraalgorithmisusedtocomparewiththeun-limitgainmethod.Fortheaveragegain,thedistributionofcontinuousseparationsubsetinthegainprocessundertimeconstraintisagoodreference.Theexperimentresultsshowthatthelinearregressionpredictionresultsandtrendisclosertothelateroptimalpathofthebiggestgains,whichisdealtwithLMTclassificationcombininganalysis.Atthesametime,thecomparativeexperimentwithdifferentfeatureset,mentionedabove,inthesamefourdatagroupsshowsthat,thesecondfeaturesetissuperiortogettheincomethanthefirstfeatureset.Inthispaper,N-gramdistributionandunificationgainmodelisputforward.Then,itisbeusedinthefieldofinvestingnewstocktohelptheinvestorstogethighergain.Keywords:Distributionandunificationgain,IPO,Maximumentropy,LMT,LinearRegression目录摘要...............................................................................
