摘要有效支持好农村基础设施建设，更好地发挥农业政策性金融的支农导向示范作用，已经成为农发行十分重要而迫切的一项工作。因此，本文对农发行陕西省分行农村基础设施建设贷款风险管理进行研究，对于统筹城乡发展，推进新农村建设有着重要的意义。论文研究所做的主要工作：在对相关理论综述的基础上，首先对陕西省农村基础设施建设贷款风险管理现状进行了研究，从中发现现行制度的不足，存在的核心问题在于风险管控流程不具体。其次，针对研究发现的问题，应用案例分析和会计报表的方法，对陕西省农村基础设施建设贷款风险管理的汉中水利项目进行了综合评估，提出了改进农发行陕西省分行农村基础设施建设贷款的对策；最后对此进行了总结。本文研究达到了预期的目的，为陕西省农村基础设施建设贷款风险管理提供了一套具有一定参考价值的解决方案。关键词：农业发展银行陕西省分行农村基础设施建设贷款风险管理AbstractEffectivesupportoftheruralinfrastructureconstruction,andtobetterdeveloptheagriculturalgover-mentalfinancialsupportandguidanceexemplaryrolehasbecomeveryimportantandurgentwork.Therefore,thisarticletakesruralinfrastructureconstructionloanriskmanagementofShaanxibranchofagriculturaldevelopmentbankofchina,forurbanandruraldevelopment,promotingtheconstructionofnewcountrysidehasimportantsignificance.Thekeyworkperformedpaperinstituteofrelevanttheoreticaloverview:onthebasisofshaanxiprovince,firstofruralinfrastructureconstructionloanriskmanagementtheresearchoncurrentsituationofthecurrentsystem,andfindthecoreofinsufficient,existencequestionisriskcontrolprocessnotyetconcrete.Secondly,theproblemsfoundintheresearch,theapplicationcaseanalysisandaccountingstatementsofshaanxiprovince,themethodofruralinfrastructureconstructionloanriskmanagementhanzhongtoevaluatethewaterconservancyproject,putsforwardimprovementinshaanxibrancheconomy.inviewruralinfrastructureconstructionloanscountermeasure;Finallyitwassummarized.Thispaperstudiesachievetheexpectedpurpose,hascertainreferencevaluesolutionforshaanxiruralinfrastructureconstructionloanriskmanagement.Keywords:ShaanxibranchofagriculturaldevelopmentbankchinaRuralinfrastructureloansriskmanagement目录第一章绪论..............................................................................................................................11.1研究背景..........................................................................................................................11.2研究意义...............................................................................................................
