高校辅导员专业化问题研究——以芜湖市高校的调查为例摘要高校辅导员专业化，就整体而言，主要是指高校通过对辅导员的严格选拔和专业训练，建立和完善大学生思想政治教育的专职队伍，并使这支队伍逐渐符合专业标准，成为专业人员并获得相应专业地位，从而使辅导员成为一个稳定的社会职业的动态的发展过程。就个体而言的辅导员专业化，是指辅导员在严格的专业训练和不断加强自身学习的基础上，通过自我设计、自我学习和自我修炼的专业提升活动，以及在具体的学生工作中不断磨砺，使个体专业水平提高，逐渐成长为一名专业人员的发展过程。本文在对芜湖七所高校辅导员专业化现状调查的基础上，深入剖析当前辅导员专业化建设中存在的问题，并对如何推进辅导员专业化建设进行思考。当前，各高校辅导员编制少，经费紧张，限制了辅导员队伍的建设和发展；高校对辅导员角色定位的偏差，学校的管理机制不畅，工作效率低，党和国家的现有政策落实不到位，不利于辅导员队伍的稳定。从辅导员自身来看，职业荣誉感和认同感不强，辅导员职业的专业性认可度低，专业分工不明晰，知识结构不合理，依然无法根本摆脱职业定位不明、专业素质不强、队伍结构不合理的尴尬局面，也妨碍了辅导员自身的发展。推进辅导员专业化是一项系统性工程。在这个过程中，要进一步明确专业分工，细化工作职责，将辅导员角色定位为德育工作者、学生事务管理者与服务者、学生成长的引导者与研究者；要进一步构建政策环境支持、经济待遇倾斜、职称序列单设的保障体系；要进一步完善包含准入、培训、考核、激励、退出在内的体制机制建设；要进一步细化专业研究方向、整合模块化课程体系、成立专业协会，进而深化研究平台建设；要进一步培育辅导员献身学生成长成才的专业精神，提升其对学生思想行为的影响力，强化对大学生思想政治教育的科研意识和科研能力。通过政府、高校以及辅导员自身的共同努力，提升辅导员专业化水平。关键词：高校辅导员；专业；专业化ResearchontheSpecializationoftheCollegeCounselors——BasedontheInvestigationofCollegesinWuhuAbstractTheprofessionalcollegecounselors’team,onthewhole,mainlyreferstotheuniversitythroughthestrictselectionandprofessionaltrainingtoestablishandimprovetheCollegeStudentsIdeologicalandpoliticaleducationandprofessionalteam.Throughgraduallyconformingtoprofessionalstandards,makingtheteambecomeprofessionalsandobtaintheappropriateprofessionalstatus,sothecounseloroccupationcanbeadynamicdevelopingandstablesocialoccupation.Theprofessionalindividualcounselor,referstoacounselorbasedonstrictprofessionaltrainingandlearning,throughself-designed,selflearningandselfcultivationofprofessionalpromotionactivities,aswellasinthespecificworkofstudenthone,makingabodyspecializedinimproving,graduallygrowintothedevelopmentprocessprofessionals.BasedonthesurveyofprofessionalstatusofWuhusevenuniversitycounselors,thisessayfocusesontheexistingproblemsintheconstructionofprofessionalcounselorsandhowtopromotethecounselors’professionalismconstruction.Atpresent,thecollegecounselorsystem,funds,restricttheconstructionanddevelopmentofcounselors.Thedeviationofthecounselorsrole,theschoolsmanagementmechanismnotbeingsmoothly,thelowworke
