中文摘要随着信息时代的逐步推进，从上世纪90年代中后期开始，互联网在我国高校 迅速普及，校园网络己成为高校学生学习知识、获取信息、表达思想、交流情感 的重要渠道，成为高校传播先进文化和培育高素质人才的重要阵地。作为互联网 的产物，网络文化以其独有的渗透性、民主性、个体性、娱乐性、独占性等特点， 在开阔大学生视野、促进学习、丰富知识的同时，也对大学生的价值取向、道德 观念和行为方式等产生着负面影响，从而给高校学生思想政治教育带来机遇的同 时也带来了严峻的挑战。认真研究网络文化的特点及其发展规律，充分发挥网络 文化的思想政治教育功能，对于加强和改进新形势下大学生思想政治教育，培养 社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文以贵阳医学院为例，通过对贵阳医学院研究生、本科生、专科生等不同 学历、专业的学生问卷调查，结合调查情况，主要分析了网络对大学生的影响及网络文化对大学生思想政治教育所带来的挑战；又通过对贵阳医学院从事学生思想政治教育的行政管理人员和专业授课教师进行学生思想政治教育专题访谈，探 析了网络文化与大学生思想政治教育的有效结合点。在此基础上，本文还结合中央关于加强网络文化建设和管理的最新文件精神，针对网络文化对大学生思想政治教育本身机遇和挑战，提出了笔者对网络文化背景下提高高校学生思想政治工 作的几点意见：一是提高思想政治工作者的综合素质，包括思想政治素质、科学 文化素质，转变高校思想政治工作者的教育观念；二是提高当代大学生的网络文化素质，包括培养和树立大学生健康高尚的网络道德观念，提高大学生运用网络的能力，加强和改进大学生网络法治教育；三是加强校园网络文化建设和管理， 包括丰富高校思想政治教育网络资源，加强校园网络文化的信息引导和监控、净化网络环境，加强网络思想政治工作队伍建设等等。这“三点思考，立足于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育，提高人才培养质量这个目标，从思想政治教育的 主体即施教者和受教者着眼，就网络文化背景下如何提高思政工作者素质、如何提高大学生网络文化素质、如何加强校园网络文化管理提出自身看法，为促进高校加强和改进大学生思想政治教育提供参考和借鉴。关键词:网络文化；高校；学生思想政治工作；影响The Influence of Network Culture on Ideological and PoliticalWork and The Contermeasures——In Guiyang Medical College for exampleAs a product of the internet, network culture with its unique permeability,democratic and individuality,entertainment,monopolistic and so on characteristics to open university students view,promate learn ,enrich ones konwledge, but at the same time it has negative effects on the students value orientation,moral concepts and behavior style.Thus to students’ ideological and political education brings opportunities as well as serious challenges .Earnest study network culture characteristics and development regularity,give full play to the ideological andpolitical education network culture ， to strengthen and improve the function ofideological and political education.cultivating socialist cause qualified builers and reliable successors has important significance in theory and practice.Based on Guiyang Medical College and take it as an example,through surveys on the graduates,the undergraduates,Guiyang medical college is unripe and
