摘 要摘 要随着计算机和网络技术的普及，发展现代远程教育的基础得到了巩固和加 强。特别是在国家大力扶持和社会需求量巨大的有利条件下，得到了空前的发展 和繁荣，在教育领域的地位日益突出。发展现代远程教育，建立远程教育体系对 我国建立学习型社会和终身教育体系具有重要的战略意义。然而随着远程教育的 发展，出现和存在了一系列的问题，如超规模办学，支持服务体系滞后不能满足 远程教育发展等。解决好这些问题，为我国远程教育正常发展保驾护航成为学术 界和教育界的研究热点。本文正是在当前现代远程教育迅速发展和普及的大背景下，通过对文献的调 研，并利用相关的研究方法，分析了我国远程教育发展的现状，探讨了我国远程 教育的人才培养模式，对其发展过程中出现和存在的问题进行了剖析，并针对相 应的问题提出了一系列解决办法，并从构建远程教育大系统和完善体系建设的角 度提出了一些合理化的建议，希望对我国远程教育的进一步发展提供参考和借 鉴。本文主要分为五个部分：第一部分主要对研究的背景、目的、意义以及国内 外研究现状进行了综述，并给出了本文的主要研究方法；第二部分对有相关概念 进行了界定和阐述；第三部分对我国远程教育发展现状和人才培养模式进行了分 析；第四部分在第三部分分析的基础上，剖析了我国远程教育发展过程中出现和 存在的问题；第五部分针对问题给出了相应的解决办法，并从构建远程教育体系 的角度给出了一些合理化建议。关键词 远程教育；终身教育；体系建设；问题及对策I -哈尔滨师范学院硕士学位论文AbstractWith the popularity of computer and network technology, the foundation of modern distance education has been consolidated and strengthened.
