1.五味消毒饮对表皮生长因子酪氨酸激酶抑制剂致皮疹具有显著疗效,优于对照组;2.五味消毒饮对患者生活质量改善显著,且优于对照组。3.五味消毒饮方安全性良好。关键词：五味消毒饮；表皮生长因子酪氨酸激酶抑制剂；皮疹；临床研究2AbstractObjective:ObservatingtheclinicalefficacyofWuweiXiaoduYinontherashcausedbyepidermalgrowthfactorreceptortyrosinekinaseinhibitorsTheobservationincludestheaffectiontakenbyWuweiXiaoduYinontheTCMsymptomaticscore,qualityoflifeandthegradeoftherashandthesafetyassessmentaboutWuweiXiaoduYin.EGFR-TKIwhichmainlyareerlotinibandgefitinib.Method:Theselected71patientsfromWardsandoutpatientoncologyhospitalaffiliatedtoChengduUniversityofTraditionalChineseMedicinewithrashwhichcausedbytakingerlotiniborgefitinibwererandomlydividedinto2groups,36casesinthetreatmentgroup,35casesinthecontrolgroup.Thepatientswhoarenonsmallcelllungcancerfrom2013June-2014yearinOctoberfromtheuseofEGFR-TKI.ThetreatmentgroupwastreatedbyWuweiXiaoduYinandthecontrolgroupwasgivenCalamineLotiontotreat.Twogroupsofpatientsunderwenttwocycles(atotaloffourweeks)treatment.beforeandaftertreatment,weevaluatedthegradingoftherashaccordingtotheNCI-CTCAEV4.0,theTCMsymptomscores,andthequalityoflifeaccordingtotheDLQI(DermatologyLifeQualityIndex).Aftertheobservation,weusedSPSS17.0toanalyzethestatistics.Results:Thetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroupattheendoftreatmentsymptomscoresbothdecreased.ThetotaleffectiverateintreatmentgroupWas94.44%andincontrolgroupthetotalefficiencywas57.14%Resultsinthetwogroupshadsignificantdifference(P0.01).Aftertherapy,thequalityoflifescoreandthegradingofthe3rashhadimprovedinboththetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroupandstatisticsshowedsignificantdifference(P0.01).Betweenthetwogroupsaftertreatment,thoseaspectshadsignificantdifference(P0.01)andthetreatmentgroupwasbetterthanthecontrolgroup.Clinicalobservation：TheWuweiXiaoduYinhasBettereffectontherashcausedbyepidermalgrowthfactortyrosinekinaseinhibitor,andhasabettereffectthanthecontrolgroup;TheWuweiXiaoduYinonthelifequalityofthepatientsimprovedsignificantly,whichissuperiortocontrolgroup.TheWuweiXiaodurecipehasgoodsafetyKeywords:TheWuweiXiaoduYin，Epid
