I I 摘要 摘 要 随着世界经济全球化进程的不断加快，在国际上各种先进的勘探设备被引进 的同时，先进的设备管理模式、方法以及设备管理经验也不断地进入我国。我国 的勘探设备管理进入一个全新的时代。 对川庆物探公司(SCGC)而言，设备管理的模式和方法虽在不断的发展和创新， 但与国外同行相比还存在一定的差距，如没有完整的设备管理信息系统，技术管 理和经济管理分离等，针对这些差距，本论文作者提出建立远程诊断、电子仓库 等思路，是设备管理方法的创新。 在本课题研究过程中，作者从 SCGC 设备管理现有模式入手，针对该公司的 设备管理体系、业务流程和公司发展战略对设备管理要求，探讨 SCGC 设备新的 管理模式和设备管理信息系统的建立，论文对 SCGC 设备管理信息系统的目标和 需求进行系统分析，划分出设备管理功能，并应用企业系统规划方法和 U/C 矩阵， 确定了管理过程和数据类，规划出设备管理信息系统结构的功能和流程图。 并从可行性、需求、功能和数据等方面对其进行了详细分析，同时从项目角 度对该信息系统的进一步开发风险作了详细的规划，这些工作为下一步开发打了 基础。 通过本文的论述，有利于提高 SCGC 设备管理及信息化水平，提高管理效率， 对石油勘探行业设备管理具有一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：设备管理，信息系统，总体规划，系统分析，风险 II II ABSTRACT ABSTRACT The advanced equipment management systems、ways and the experiences of equipment management are enrolled to China at the same time of the global exporing equipments’ introduction with development of the globalization.Chinese exporing equipment management enters upon a new phase. As for SCGC, there is still some way to go compared with the foreign colleges even if the equipment management patterns are developed and innoveted constantly,for example,the lack of an entire equipment management informention system,technicle manggement and the detach of economics and management.Aiming that,constructiving remote diagnosis and electronic data vault are mentioned in this paper,this is also a kind of innovention of equipment management method. In the process of research,we start with the resent SCGC equipment management pattern,talk about the new management model in SCGC and the constructive of equipment management informention system aiming to equipment management system, business process and the demand for equipment management catering to the developing strategy.And besides,we analyse the goal and demand of SCGC’s equipment management informention system and divide equipment management function,applying industry system programming methods and U/C matrix,in the following,identifying the management process and database category，at last,marking out the function and flow chart of the quipment
