AbstractSinceSeleniumbeingrecognizedasanindispensablehumanbody’sfactor，ithasbeenpaidmoreandmoreattentionbypeople.Moreover,ThefertilizeroftheseleniumcanbeusedasanobviousacceleranttoimprovethequantityofSeleniuminteaandthequalityoftea.However,thefrequently-usedNa2SeO3iseasilytobefixedbysoil,thenteatreewillbeinfluencedinabsorbing.Toavoidthisproblem,thisexperimentchoseSeCl4insteadofNa2SeO3anddidcontrast-effectexperimenttocheckthepossibilitythatifSeCl4canimprovetheteatree’scapabilityofabsorbingSelenium.ThisexperimentchosethecompoundofSeCl4andchitinasapplied-fertilizertodotheresearch.Bydesigningdifferentconcentrationratio,weanalyzedthedifferentresultinfluencedbytheratio,focusingontheinfluenceinthequantityoftea’sSelenium,thequalityofteaandthequalityofsoil.Moreover,wedidelementarystudyinthecompoundofchitinandSeCl4.Wedidresearchinthefollowingthreeaspects--first,theinfluenceinthetea’squalitybysprayingoutchitinandseleniumfertilizerandemploying-usechitinandseleniumfertilizerinsoil;second,theinfluenceinsoilphysicochemicalpropertybyemploying-usechitinandseleniumfertilizer;third,thecompoundofchitinandSeCl4.Themainresearchresultsareasfollowing:Theinfluenceinthetea’squalitybysprayingoutchitinandseleniumfertilizerandemploying-useitinsoil.Bothsprayingoutandemploying-usechitinandseleniumfertilizerinsoilcanimprovenotonlythequantityofseleniuminteabutonlytea’schemicalquality.Especiallyindealingwithsummer-tea,thetwomethodscanmakehugechangeinbothaminoacidandteapolyphenolsintea.Duringtheperiodofpicking,thetwomethodsalsomakehugechangeinchemicalqualityintea.Whenconcentrationofsprayingoutfertilizerontheleavesis25μg/ml,thequantityofseleniuminspring-teacanreachto0.301μg/g.However,thehighestconcentrationofseleniuminsummer-teaandautumn-teacanreach,separately,0.230μg/gand0.305μg/goncethetwotypesofteaarefertilizedwiththehighestvalueWithsprayingconcentrationreaches35μg/ml,thechangeofchemicalqualityinsummer-teaisthemostobvious.Whileusingthefertilizeremployinguseinsoil，thequantityoffertilizershouldnotles
