AbstractOurcountryisatthekeypointofeconomictransformationnowadays.Creditsupplyhasanextremelyimportantimpactforsustainableeconomicdevelopment.AnhuiprovinceincentralofChina,belongtounderdevelopedareas,thedevelopmentofthetaskisheavier,thedemandforcreditfundsismuchgreater.Inrecentyears,theAnhuiprovincehavebeenincreasingthecreditsupplyandprovidesmoreandmoresupporttothesustainedandrapiddevelopmentofeconomicsociety.Butoverall,thereexistvariouskindsofproblemsincreditmarketinAnhuiProvince.Thefunduseefficiencyalsoneedstobefurtherpromoted.Rightnow,thecreditsupplystillcannotsatisfythecreditdemandofeconomicdevelopmentinanall-roundway.ThispaperisacomprehensivestudyabouttheproblemsexistingincreditmarketofAnhuiProvince,aswellasthecompatibilityofcreditsupplywithregionaleconomicdevelopment.Thesetopicswillbediscussedfromtheoreticalperspectiveandfromempiricalperspective,qualitativelyandquantitatively.Firstofall,thispaperanalyzestheamountandstructureofcreditsupplyofAnhuiProvinceduringrecentyears,utilizingmethodsofstatisticaldescription,chartanalysisandcomparativeresearch.OurresultsindicatethatthecorrelationbetweencreditsupplyandGDPgrowthincreasessignificantly,andthatthecontributionofcreditsupplytoeconomicgrowthisimprovinggradually.Ourpaperpointsoutthat,comparingwithotherprovinces,astheimplementationofaseriousofregionaldevelopmentstrategies,theupsidepotentialofcreditsupplyandeconomicimprovementinAnhuiProvinceisbeinguncoveredstepbystep.Butwealsofigureoutsomeproblemswithrespecttothestructureofcreditsupplyandtheefficiencyofcapitalallocation.Next,thispaperempiricallystudiesthequantitativerelationshipbetweencreditsupplyandeconomicdevelopmentofAnhuiProvince.ViaeconometricalmethodandEVIEWS,wetakeGrangerTestoftotalsupplyofcreditandeconomicdevelopment.Resultsindicatethatsomerelationshipdoesexistbetweencreditsupplyandeconomicdevelopment.Ononeside,thereissignificantimpactofeconomicdevelopmentonIVcreditsupply,bothinshort-termandinlong-term.Ontheotherside,creditsupplyhaspositiveimpactoneconomicdevelo
