In the process of designing ,I use UML（Unified Modeling Language） andVISUAL C++ 6.0 language and SQL SERVER 2000 which is good at data base management to carry out the telemetry channel breakdown diagnosis expert system and finely designed the illustrations of the system in expert system use case , knowledge base management and activities, breakdown reasoning activities, class pictures , searching method arithmetic and data structures. By doing these job, to make the software module be clear and easy to be expanded. The data base has also the excellency of easily operating , mighty fuction , exchanging information with outer data successfully , wrong tolerating and also be friendly and mighty to use.
