They tend to build the atmosphere which is conducive to physical and psychological health of the prisoners, and promote them to find their mistakes and try to make it right. The psychological health education of the prisoners has paid more attention. The psychological guidance of special community has been discussed by the public, we need to help and care about them, the forgiveness is much more helpful than exclusion of the prisoners. The academic community has figured it out this phenomenon , but they pay more attention on the issue of resocialization rather than the emotion depression. This thesis focus on the negative effects which under the punishment of the prisoners.
