ABSTRACTWithworldwideknowledgeeconomy,knowledgehasbeenthekeyresourcesofeconomicgrowth,socialdevelopmentandgrowthofenterprisesinsteadoftraditionalproductionfactors.knowledgebecomesmoreabundantthaninthepastandblursacrosseachotherssupposedboundaries,moreandmoreenterprisestaketheformofteamorientedproblemandtask,diversifiedlabortogetherwillbringteamheterogeneitythatmayimprovetheteamknowledgestocksandknowledgeleveltopromotetheknowledgetransference,butalsomayproduceknowledgegaptoproduceknowledgebarriers,hinderthetransferofknowledge.Typedesignknowledgeworkteamisatypicalknowledge-intensiveorganization,which’staskisacomplexanddynamicknowledgetranslationprocess,iftheteamcanrevitalizetheinternalknowledgeresourcestoachieveeffectiveknowledgetransference,absorptionandutilization,notonlyrelatestotheenterpriseknowledgeinnovation,morerelatedtobuildthecorecompetitivenessofenterprises.Thus,thisarticlewillstudytentaclesin-depthinnerdesignworkteam,basedontheknowledgemanagementtheoryandprocessperspective,structuresthelogicalarrangementofteamheterogeneity,transactivememorysystemandknowledgetransferprocessandadoptstheempiricalapproachtoexplorethedesigntypeknowledgeworkteaminternalknowledgetransfermechanismoftheinfluenceofheterogeneityontheteam.Themainresearchcontentsareasfollows:Basedontheanalysisofthedesignknowledgeworkandcharacteristics,studiesthetypedesignknowledgeworkprocessofknowledgetransferwithintheteam,putsforwardthattheprocessisactuallyaprocessofknowledgecreationspiral;Summarizesthedynamic,heterogeneityandcollaborativecharacteristicsoftheknowledgetransferprocess,penetratestheobstaclefactorsofknowledgetransferprocessfromteamlevelandindividuallevel.Basedontheprocessofknowledgetransferperspective,adoptsthequestionnairesurveytoresearchtheinfluenceofteamheterogeneitytotheknowledgetransferwithintypedesignknowledgeworkteam:theteamheterogeneityisdividedintolowandhighworktwodimensions,introducingreflectteamcognitivemechanismoftransactivememorysystem,focusonthethreeimportantstagesofknowledge
