摘要职业认同是个体对他长期从事的职业的看法、认识及赞同或认可,对于每个职场人士来说重要性不言而喻。只有当职业人从心底认同自己从事的职业,他才能全心全意地投入其中,无所保留地发挥出最大的潜能。本文在整理和分析已有理论和实证研究成果的基础上,探讨了员工职业认同与主观幸福感之间调节作用的实证研究。本研究通过文献搜索、问卷调查等方法,选取许继集团有限公司的员工作为被试。本文选择对这一群体的职业认同进行主要研究,结合其与主管支持感、主观幸福感的关系研究,以期最终为许继集团有限公司提高员工的职业认同,给予较多的主管支持,提升主观幸福感,提供一定的理论参考。综合考虑人口学变量,通过对500名组织员工进行调查,采用相关分析、分层回归分析、多因素方差分析等统计方法,得出以下结论:第一,通过逐层回归分析表明,员工的职业认同和主管支持感对主观幸福感有显著的正向预测力;主管支持感对职业认同和主观幸福感之间的关系存在调节作用。第二,对不同人口学变量的独立样本t检验、方差分析(ANOVA)和LSD多重比较分析得出:不同年龄、不同教育程度、不同现任职务、不同月收入的员工在职业认同上存在显著差异;不同性别、不同工作年限的员工在职业认同上不存在显著差异。关键词:职业认同;主管支持感;主观幸福感AbstractProfessionalidentityisanopinion,cognitionandendorsementorrecognitionoftheindividualtohislongengagedintheprofession.Professionalidentityisveryimportantforeachworker.Onlywhentheworkerrecognizeshisprofessionfromthebottomofheart,hecandevoteitselffullywithoutanyreservationtoplayoutthebiggestpotential.Inthispaper,basedonstudyingthoseexistingtheoryandempiricalresearch,Itooktheempiricalresearch:discussthestaffprofessionalidentityofitsSWBmechanism.Thesestudiesthroughtheliteraturesearch,questionnairesurveymethod,selecttheworkerofXJGroupCorporationastestsubjects.Thispaperchoosethisgroupforprofessionalidentityresearch,combiningitwiththeperceivedsupervisorysupportandsubjectivewell-being,inordertoimproveemployees’professionalidentity,togivemoreperceivedsupervisorysupport,toimprovesubjectivewell-being,providecertaintheoreticalreferenceforXJGroupCorporationultimately.Consideringthedemographicvariables,throughthe500employees’investigation,usingcorrelationanalysis,hierarchicalregressionanalysis,andmulti-factoranalysisofvarianceandsoon,drawthefollowingconclusion.First,throughthestepwiseregressionanalysisshowedthatthestaff’sprofessionalidentityandperceivedsupervisorysupporthaveasignificantpositiveeffectonsubjectivewell-being,perceivedsupervisorysupportsignificantlymoderatestherelationshipsbetweenprofessionalidentityandsubjectivewell-being.Second,fordifferentdemographicvariables’independentsampletest,analysisofvariance(ANOVA)andLSDmultiplecomparisonan
