ExpressionofFas/FasL、Bcl-2andthesignificanceintheformationprocessofprimaryhepatocellularcarcinoma(HCC)AbstractObjectiveToexploretheroleandsignificanceofFas,FasLandBcl-2proteinintheprocessofimmuneescapeofhepatomacells,bydetectingtheirproteinexpressionandapoptoticindexinprimaryHCCanditsadjacenttissuescombinationwithclinicalpathologyparameters.MethodsImmunohistochemicaltechniquewasusedtodetectproteinexpressionproportionofFas、FasL、Bcl-2in30casesofprimaryHCCanditsadjacenttissuesand10casesofbenignlivergroup.Apoptoticcellsweredetectedbyterminaldeoxynucleotidyltransferase-mediateddUTPnickendlabeling(TUNEL).Theexperimentaldatawithclinicopathologicparameterswasanalyzedstatistically.ResultsThepositiverateofFasLproteinexpressioninHCCgroupanditsadjacenttissuesgroupandbenignlivergroupwas66.67%（20/30）、40.00%（12/30）、20.00%(2/10).Thedifferencesbetweengroupswerestatisticallysignificant(P0.05).TheexpressionofFasLproteininHCCwasnosignificantcorrelationwiththepatientsage,AFPlevel,HBsAg,tumorthrombus,pathologicalgradeandtumorsize(P0.05).ThepositiverateofFasproteinexpressioninHCCgroupanditsadjacenttissuesgroupandbenignlivergroupwas43.33%(13/30)、70.00%（21/30）、10.00%(1/10).Thedifferencesbetweengroupswerestatisticallysignificant(P0.05).TheexpressionofFasproteininHCCwasnosignificantcorrelationwiththepatientsage,AFPlevel,HBsAg,tumorthrombus,pathologicalgradeandtumorsize(P0.05).ThepositiverateofBcl-2proteinexpressioninHCCgroupanditsadjacenttissuesgroupandbenignlivergroupwas36.67%(10/30),73.33%(22/30),10.00%(1/10).Thedifferencesbetweengroupswerestatisticallysignificant(P0.05).TheexpressionofBcl-2proteininHCCwasnosignificantcorrelationwiththepatientsage,AFPlevel,HBsAg,tumorthrombus,pathologicalgradeandtumorsize(P0.05).Theaverageapoptoticindexin30casesofHCCanditsadjacenttissueswas1.73±0.63%and6.14±1.44%,thedifferencewassignificant(P0.05);thedifferencebetweenFas,Bcl-2ofnegativeandpositiveexpressioninHCCandthedeathindexwasnosignificant.ExpressionofFasandBcl-2proteininHCCtissueswasnegativelycorrelate
