论述农机节油技术推广与应用 　　摘要：在世界能源日益紧张的情况下，各国都把节约能源、共同构建一个节约型社会作为国家大计来抓。我们在推广农业机械使用时更应注重操作者是否存在技术状态差、功率不足、耗油严重超标等技术问题. 农业机械节油是一个很重要的课题，牵涉的因素也很多，因此如何节约燃油不能只局限在某一点或某一方面。应通过正确的分析，了解和掌握农业机械节油的驾驶操作技术和车辆使用方法，并加以应用，才能达到农业机械使用中节油的目的。对于更好地服务农业和建设节约型社会具有十分重要意义，也是农机管理技术人员在实践中需要解决的课题。 　　 关键词：农业机械推广；节油技术；选型；保养；维护；操作 　　Abstract: in the world energy increasingly tense situation, many countries to save energy and to establish a conservation-oriented society as a national plan to grasp. To better serve the agriculture and building the saving-type society have very important sense, also is the agricultural machinery management and technical personnel in practice need to address the issue. 　　Keywords: agricultural machinery promotion; Fuel-efficient technology; Selection; Maintenance; Maintenance; operation 　　 　　 　　 中图分类号：U464.136+.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 　　一、前言 　　 建设节约型社会，农村也不例外，尤其是农机节油，是农村的重点，也是利国利民的好事。目前我国市场上生产和使用的农业机械，很多都存在着功率低、技术差、耗油重等问题，不能较好地达到环保、节能、高效地要求。仅手扶拖拉机就几万台分布在全县农村千家万户，主要从事农业生产作业。从以上数字看农机节油不仅数量大，而且前景???阔。也是农机管理技术人员在实践中需要解决的课题。 　　二、农业机械节油技术需要做好以下几方面具体工作。 　　 1农业机械的选型 　　 在农业机械机型选择方面，要选择动力性好、作业性能稳定、适应性好、机具结构及设计合理、技术成熟、调整维修方便、配件市场充足、具有良好的市场售后服务的机型，要选择经国家和行业主管部门鉴定，获得生产实践检验，能满足本地农艺要求，综合效益好的节能型机型，从而达到提高工作效率、降低油耗的目的。 　　 2农业机械的保养 　　机车在运行时，由于不停地运转操作、颠簸震动，可能造成燃油连通部件(如油箱开关、油管接头、柴油滤清器及高压油管等)出现松动而漏油，因此有必要保持良好的检修习惯，这不仅是为了安全行车，而且可以减少油耗，提高经济效益。同时，机车由于长期运行，一些精密部件(如缸套活塞组件、配气机构和燃油系列等)会磨损，从而导致机车功率下降，油耗上升。因此，做好机车的技术保养，
