重庆书城项目建筑施工探讨 　　摘要：随着建筑施工工程的不断发展，建设规模都在不断扩大、建设速度不断提高,然而在实际工作中影响施工质量的因素很多,需要给予足够的重视, 施工过程中的程序质量直接影响到人们生命财产安全和工程投资的成本，必须严格施工的工艺流程和规范,以更好的满足新时期工民建施工质量控制的要求，同时降低工程成本，实现能源和资源的优化和合理配置。本文结合重庆书城项目的建筑施工全过程，在分析工民建施工质量影响因素的基础上，就施工质量及程序的控制措施进行探讨。以便在以后类似工程的施工过程中借鉴。确保我国的工民建施工技术正在不断向着科学、环保、节能、高效的方向全面发展和完善。 　　关键词：建筑施工；质量控制；重庆书城；探讨 　　Abstract: with the development of the construction engineering, construction scale has been widening, and constantly improve the construction speed, however, in the actual work of many factors influence the construction quality, need to give enough attention, the construction process of program quality directly affect people life and property safety and project investment cost, must be strict construction and process of the standard, in order to better meet the new period civil construction quality control requirements, but also reduce project costs, and realize the energy and resource optimize and reasonable configuration.
