2008年电白县城区幼儿园查验预防接种证调查分析 　　[摘要] 目的 为了解电白县城区各大幼儿园的预防接种情况,进一步提高接种率;为降低传染病的发生、流行提供参考。方法 以水东镇10间大幼儿园为调查对象,在园人数3590人,收集幼儿的预防接种证共3370本,查阅第一类疫苗和第二类疫苗的接种率。结果 第一类疫苗和第二类疫苗的接种率分别为:卡介苗(BCG)100%、乙肝(HepB)99.9%、百白破(DPT)95.6%、糖丸(OPV)97.4%、麻疹(MV)93.6%、乙脑93.6%、白破(TD)48.3%、流脑87.6%、甲肝81.7%、水痘50.3%、Hib64.5%、轮状41.3%、流感87.2%、风疹90.3%。结论 疫苗的预防接种率还有待提高,尤其是必须重视第一类疫苗的加强免疫,才能提高目标管理人群的免疫屏障,以有效控制和消除对儿童危害较严重的传染病。 　　[关键词] 查验; 预防接种证; 调查分析 　　[中图分类号] R174.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2010)09-60-02 　　 　　Immunization Records in Urbun Kindergartens of Dianbai County in 2008:Check and Survey Analysis 　　DENG Yanping YAO Aimin YE Guisheng 　　Dianbai County Disease Control and Prevention Center,Dianbai 525400,China 　　 　　[Abstract] ObjectiveTo have a clear understanding of the vaccination of the major kindergartens in the urban area of Dianbai county in an attempt to further improve the vaccination rate and provide reference for reducing the infectious disease incidence and epidemic. MethodsTen large kindergartens with 3590 children in Shuidong town were investigated,with 3370 children vaccination cards collected. ResultsThe vaccination rates of the first category and the second category of vaccines checked were as follows:BCG 100%,Hepatitis B 99.9%,DPT 95.6%,OPV 97.4%,Measles Vaccine 93.6%,Epidemic Encephalitis B 93.6%,Diphtheria Toxoid 48.3%,Meningitis 87.6%,Hepatitis A 81.7%,Varicella 50.3%,Hib64.5%,Rotavirus 41.3%,Influenza 87.2% and Rubella 90.3%.
